Samsung Compatible eDimensional Rechargeable 3D Glasses for 2011-15 Bluetooth 3D TV's

I bought a pair of these sand a pair of the "eDimensional KIDS CHILDREN'S SAMSUNG Compatible eDimensional RECHARGEABLE 3D Glasses" Both pages have the same product description that says "Steel hinges and durable frames ensure a soft comfortable fit. Finally glasses that feel and look as good as designer sunglasses! " Now we both can see that these products do not look as good as designer sunglasses, and while they are not uncomfortable I would not say they feel as good as designed sunglasses. But the part that bothers me the most is the one part of that statement that is a FACT and not an opinion. It says these have steel hinges. One of my pairs had the earpiece break off before finishing the first movie, and I can promise you the only thing metal in the frame or hinge is the screw. The rest of the fram is made out of softish, brittle plastic. You know the glossy kind of plastic that you can scratch easily with your fingernail, and shears into 2 if pressure is put on it instead of bending. While my adult sized glasses have not broken yet the hinges are the same on both pairs, so I doubt this size is any more durable.On the bright side, I had no trouble pairing these with my Samsung TV, and the 3D seems to work alright. I am including a picture of the Child's frame, showing that the hinges are not made of metal. This is not the side that broke off, but the image clearly shows that the bottom part of the earpiece has already broken all the way through on this side also. The side that broke off currently has super glue all over it an is drying so I did not get a picture of it.

I bought these because the default glasses that came with my samsung felt cheap. I felt like I loss 3d immersion with the sides of my eyes not covered with the original glasses. these are good quality, and so far , long lasting battery life too. easy to pair with my tv too.I don't know what the one reviewer meant by reversed images on these glasses, maybe he got a bad pair, but mine are 100% accurate, left and right are as they should be.

I really wanted to like these glasses, but they suffer from frequent ghosting. They were comfortable to wear (I choose one of the alternate nose pieces). They are better color balanced than Samsung's provided glasses and they did mostly eliminate the color shift/flat image problem that occurs in certain frames, but the ghosting drove me crazy. Sorry folks, just can't use them.

Works perfectly with my Samsung 3-D TV model UN55F8000 ...as do the kids sized version of these glasses. (By the way all the "Despicable Me" series movies in 3-D are amazing and my 3-year-old loves them.

glasses worked as advertised on our 78 inch curved Samsung television we had to try a few pairs before we got this one to work. We used the evolution breakout box 2016 and the 3d 4kbr player.

I couldn't get these to work. I have some from monoprice that are way better.

Little difficult to set up at first but ok

Great glasses. No problems and easy connect. Nice packaging.
