PROS:- Overall Build quality- Phone app well done.CONS:- The lid is hard to screw in most of the time (hard to find the right alignment, and screwing is not soft/constant- The sensor is way too sensitive:The bottle is 700ml; I’ve filled it twice within a day, and it showed 100% (actually it can’t show more than 100%, even though I was still using it). The app displayed the hydratation data as 2500ml; instead of 1400ml; this is a HUGE difference!The next day, I've filled it again, and a bit of water went a bit over the surface of the bottle. After I closed the lid, I've cleaned it with a rag. To do it, I had to turn it to dry well. Then I realized that the percentage indicated on the bottle suddenly changed from 0 to 25% (!?). So I did it again, by turning it over completely, then back to normal position, and the percentage went up to 41%. Then I put it in a horizontal position, as if I put it in a sports bag for instance; and another 2% more, so 43%. Then, I’ve let it on the table for a while; tried again, and numbers didn’t change this time. Then waited again, then did it again, and pourcentage changed again. So I didn’t drink a single time and I was at 55% of my daily goal…..At $80 the bottle, I was expecting more premium quality, and I’m very disappointed.- Manufacturer has really bad communication: I've contacted them in order to see if there were a solution (firmware upgrade maybe? basically just to have support), they didn't reply to me....making me very frustrated.CONCLUSION:DO NOT BUY THIS BOTTLE. between its sensor and the data that it gives you, it's totally useless, making this a $80 plastic kinda fancy bottle.TERRIBLE support, basically no communication whatsoever. Actually, after some searching, I've found out it was a crowdfunding project. And after checking some of the backers comments, I haven't been surprised about the non communication and quality of this product.I HAVE RETURNED IT TO AMAZON and have been refund, period, end of story; I've purchased another smart bottle from another brand and I'm happy now.

I really like the bottle and how it keeps me on track on my water intake. What I am unimpressed with is the app. Although I like the app too, it keeps on crashing every day. The only way i can get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I then have to resync tor the day again. It gets pretty frustrating to have to keep doing that. I have an message in on their webpage and hopefully they will respond and I will update my review accordingly.

It lasted 1 month. The components to the straw became loose and no longer works. Not easy to put back together. Customer service never responds. App is great and definitely helps encourage more water consumption but it doesn’t matter if the water bottle doesn’t work.

it broke in the first week of use

DON'T CONTRIBUTE TO THEM OR BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!! I donated to an Indiegogo campaign a year and half ago for Seed and since then, have not received the product, have read horrible reviews on all their products, and they have had OTHER Indiegogo campaigns since then!!! They clearly have no intention of making good products or honoring their Indiegogo donations.

After a week of use like most people who bought via crowfunding platform (several dozen comments on the site or complaints via their facebook site, one of the two bottles I bought and well, the LCD screen shows nothing at all.It does not hold the load in the application.Although complaints mails they do not answer.Flee this mark there are other connected bottles that are not only cheaper but more solid.I regret my purchase
