I like that it lies flat in the suitcase and I like the design, but the handle broke after only three trips. I won't be buying this brand again.Update: After I posted the above review, they sent me a new bag. I waited until I'd used it to write an updated review. I just took it on a two week trip to Spain and to Cape Cod for a week and the handle has held up. That was my only complaint about the bag, as I sometimes keep my toiletries separate from my suitcase when I travel by car and I needed that handle. The bag is awesome. It hold plenty and takes up much less room in my suitcase than my old bag did. It also seems to be easy to clean when stuff breaks open in it (which inevitably happens at some point)

It is amazing how much this holds When I first got it, I almost panicked thinking I will never get all my stuff in it. To my surprise, everything fit well. I think it has a lot to do with the pocket placements. It seems it all lines up perfectly. I love the hook so that it can hang instead of taking valuable counter space. I have even started using it on home instead of just for travel. It is worth every cent.

Always looking for the best toiletry bag and have found this one to be very efficient and packs flat which is great. Hangs in the bathroom while traveling and things are easy to get to. I like the separation of items it allows. There is an expanding pocket on one end when needed. Not the "prettiest" bag in town, but I still really like it since I prefer functionality over fashionable!

Worked much better than I expected when I fist saw it. Size deceiving, really holds a lot and yet zips up easily.

I like this travel bag. Holds everything I need and lies flat in my suitcase so it doesn't seem to take up as much room.
