Color was exactly as expected. Arrived with very few knicks but nothing worth sending it back over. Bought several matching pieces, one of which had a broken piece; we reached out to the manufacturer and filled out a replacement request on their website - even on a holiday weekend, they had our replacement piece shipped in a matter of hours for free! VERY happy we went with South Shore!

YOU'D GET BETTER PRODUCT FROM WALMART! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DONT BE FOOLED THIS IS PLY WOOD! DRAWER PIECE WAS NOT CUT CORRECTLY. I HAVE AN ANGELD GAP IN MY TOP DRAWER THAT IS VERY NOTICEABLE! SO REDICULOUS HOW MUCH I SPENT ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK. AT LEAST WALMART HAS TEXT INSTRUCTIONS. NOT JUST PICTURES. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Garbage… holes are all cut wrong and pieces don’t align properly. We had a wood worker make new holes and try to fix it and he was able to get the drawers together, but the dresser itself was crooked so the drawers still wouldn’t fit! This all took longer than 30 days, so Amazon wouldn’t grant a return or any sort of refund. We tried reaching out to the manufacturer but they’d only send replacements for up to 50% of the value, so again, no help. We ended up having to toss this. I might as well have burned my money.It was beautiful, but what good is that if nothing fits together properly?

Easy to assemble? Kind of. It wasn't difficult but you're instructed NOT to use power tools. The material is pressed wood. So don't expect it to be able to take a beating. The wood will crack if you over tighten. Some parts weren't labeled and some smaller parts (the screws) were mislabeled.1+ hour later it was built and looked good.It's great if you're on a budget.

For one, I didn’t realize you had to assemble EVERYTHING. There are no pre assembled parts at all. It is a bit heavy, I had to get my husband to help me carry upstairs in the box. We did have to call customer service for building a few times due to parts not clearly labeled (certain screws were all in one big bag) but this was easy to figure out and move on with after the call. (They were easy to get ahold of). The main thing is, I could have bought a handmade furniture piece locally for about the same price. Next time we won’t be ordering. Note: it also says oak but the frame of ours isn’t oak but looks like cheaper wood with the “look” glued on top. Overall we like how it looks in our room & it is sturdy but we wouldn’t buy again.

Aesthetically beautiful! The instructions were very easy to follow. The finish adheres nicely. However, 'F' was not a fold-out panel and a second 'F' was not included. The third 'F' was me when I realized this. I resorted to using cardboard to complete the backing, but it no doubt loses stability. Additionally, two of the 'R1' panels were misdrilled as if the bit wobbled. As a result, the anchor for the front panel is lose upon best tightening. I'll likely need to apply wood glue if it becomes an issue.Overall, a beautiful dresser in need of better quality control.

Love this dresser. Color is nice and it’s tall like we wanted! It took about 2 hours to assemble by myself. No power tools needed (I’m sure you could use them but I liked that I didn’t have to have them). I had my husband come up when I needed to flip it and stand it up (but honestly I could have done it myself). The hardest part was getting it up the stairs! It is heavy! But very sturdy and they use the BILT app to help you build it which was really easy to follow (better than a black and white manual!). The only drawback (pun intended) and that the drawers are not as deep as they look, the fronts of the drawers are larger than the actually drawer itself. But it wasn’t a big deal to us and we love how sturdy it seems for the price!

The product arrive super damaged. I don't have a vehicle and could not return (plus it weighs like 110lb) so I decided to just keep it and maybe paint. Set it up and it looked like this! One of the drawers is wrong size. The drawers are far from even looking flush. It's absolute garbage.

After only two weeks of non abusive use ( this is an adults dresser not a child’s) the bottom left corner of the bottom drawer is broken. The drawer is not over loaded nor banged in any way. Very disappointed. Will definitely not be purchasing the matching Night Stand as was planned.

Great value. It matched all my decor. I Love it!
