My daughter never took a pacifier and relied heavily on her Love to Dream swaddle to soothe her. When she started to roll I tried transitioning her out, but she refused to sleep without one. We would try for hours to get her to sleep without a swaddle and she wouldn’t. I finally bought this sleep sack, tried it for the first time at night and she slept through the night. I think her big thing is having her hands covered, and this sleep sack was perfect. We’ve been using it for a week now and it’s been the best. Came back to buy a second one so I don’t have to keep washing this one. Buy it!

Good for when baby outgrows their swaddle. Still helps with startle response and provides warmth while keeping baby safe.

At 7 months my baby was constantly waking through the night every 2 hours. She had been in the nested bean weighted sack since 5 months old but that never worked for us.Along with trying a few gentle sleep training methods, we observed on camera why she would wake up at night. Two reasons:1. Startle reflex still there2. She would rub her eyes vigorously and wake upDecided to try the zipadee to prevent her from rubbing her eyes and have her arms covered to suppress startle reflex.Voila! Night 2 of using the zipadee and she slept for 12 hours through the night.Couldn’t believe it! Wish we had tried this sleep sack sooner.She can also crawl and even stand in the zipadee, so it’s not a risk.I would recommend getting a larger size and tying knots at the legs.My baby is 21 lbs and we got the size XL

I’ve tried several different sleep sacks with my baby for the past month. Third night of using this one and she slept through the entire night 8:00pm to 7:00 am

My daughter started sleeping through the night (11pm-6am) around 8 weeks while being swaddled. When she started trying to roll over, I was obviously worried about the swaddling so I stopped around 11 weeks. Immediately she started waking up 4-5 times a night and it was exhausting. My friend had posted her baby in one of these and sent me the link and I had it in my cart for at least 2 weeks debating it. Now I’m so annoyed I didn’t just get it right away! The first night was a little rough (it says to start with a nap time but I didn’t do that) but after that first night, it was a total 180°. She loves being in it and having the ability to move around and is now back to sleeping 6+ hours at a time. She is finally able to nap on her own and not needing me to hold her (which she has never done) and is napping for 1.5 hours or more. The amount of time it takes me to get her to sleep has gone way down too! What used to be a 30 minute process, I just did in literally 4 minutes. I have never written a review for anything before but after that, I knew I needed to share. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

We got this because we have the same size in another color. Turns out this patterned one is a different material which makes it slightly smaller and not stretch so it just made our son scream. We'll have to return it and it'd unfortunate because I also bought one through their sleeping baby website since there was a 15%off code and I thought they'd make sure they all fit the same. That one is this same non-stretching material so I have to return that there as well and they charge a restocking fee AND don't refund shipping. So I'll pay 10 dollars for something we couldn't use because of poor quality control. Great.

Y'all... I was so terrified to transition my 3 month old out of his beloved Happiest Baby swaddle. Our little guy was sleeping 10-13 hours STRAIGHT through the night but was starting to roll and work his little arms out of the swaddle and I knew we had to start the process.We started with the Nested Bean sleep sack but the poor little guy kept smacking himself in the face and still had a pretty strong moro reflex. After a few unsuccessful days of napping, I saw a lot of mentions on social media of the Zipadee. I swore this would be the last one. If this didn't work, I'd just cut him off cold turkey and doom us all to sleepless nights for a few weeks.I won't lie, the first few days were a little touch and go. He couldn't figure out how to get his hands to his mouth so he fussed and squirmed, only to fall asleep for 20 minutes max. But by the third day, he was back to his normal 30 minute naps. By the fourth, he was taking 2.5 hour naps - unheard of since he was only a few weeks old! I sit here on day 7 watching my baby nap peacefully for going on two hours. It's bliss!Not only does he seem to sleep longer, but I am discovering that he doesn't need to be soothed before naps. I used to have to rock him until he was drowsy and then try to sneak him into bed as quickly as possible. Now, it seems like he prefers to be zipped up in his sleep sack for 5-10 minutes before he falls asleep so that he can wiggle and chew on his hand a bit. Then he just goes off to sleep on his own!I would suggest to anyone trying this to follow the instructions on the card given - in other words, I wouldn't try this out at bedtime first. We got ours in the mail at 8 PM and were so excited, we thought we'd jump right in. It was wildly unsuccessful! Attempt naps first, and then phase into nighttime sleep. We did one nap a day, then two, then three, etc.I am so thrilled to have tried this sleep sack and I'm so happy that it's a safe transition from his swaddle that he absolutely loves!

Maybe this works for some, it did not work for my baby. It looks like decent material but not worth the price IMO. First off, it did not come as described. It has this thick blue edging around it. As my daughter likes it put her hands in her mouth, I would not be comfortable with that thick an edging. I also feel as though it does not hold the arms in enough to suppress the startle reflex from waking up my daughter. I put it on her for 5 minutes to test and she woke up after startling in her crib almost immediately and would not fall back asleep. Also bunches up around the mouth, which I really didn’t like. I don’t think it’s enough to cause any harm but I still wasn’t comfortable leaving her unsupervised with it on. I had really hoped this product would work, but it just doesn’t for us.

Great product. My son loves it and is able to roll and sleep on his side, which makes me worry less. I will most likely purchase another. Only 4 stars because there should be a double zipper for diaper changes, but there isn't. Still easy to do, but wish there was a double.

The item I received is clearly used. There was dried milk/food residue around the collar along with pilling. I ordered this for quick delivery as I needed it ASAP for my baby and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and also finding another one.Save yourself the hassle and trust the posters who say this is not worth your time and hassle.

The product works great as a transition from swaddle to more free movement. The seller, however, does not specify that there are different materials depending on season. They only note the difference in sizes and patterns. During the winter, I had ordered the xtra small and small sizes and they were a lightweight cotton. I could work with that ad I just layered more underneath. But now that it's summer and we sized up to medium, they sent me a heavier material. We can't possibly use it. right now. I only found out that they makw different materials after I had washed and used it a few times, so this purchase was a waste of my money.

Just received this today and it looks used. The writing on the tag is worn off and the material is piling already, as if it’s been washed several times. This item is NOT cheap, expected more from this seller and product. So disappointed!!
