This is FABULOUS! It works wonders and was very easy to set up.
This is terrific! I was willing to try it since it was not very expensive and had free shipping and friends had recommended such a table for my aching back. This was EASY to put together and I'm not generally good at such things. Perhaps the directions have been improved as other reviews mentioned them being hard to follow. It's not as large as I thought it might be so it fits fine in my spare bedroom. And best of all, it's made a huge difference to my aching back. I got used to it right away. The first time I got a bit dizzy when I stood up, but now I come back up slowly, stopping at intervals to readjust. It's made an enormous difference. I try to spend about 3-4 minutes on it every morning and that's all it takes. Now I don't even need it every day I don't think.I am so pleased with this. I was walking around like an old lady for over a year and found it hard to bend over, etc. Now my back is fine. Seriously. Try it out. You have nothing to lose as you can send it back and it is free to ship it even to Fairbanks Alaska (and it took only 2 days to get here!).

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! If you're considering it, Go For It!
Why pay more when you can get all the benefits of Inversion at a great price?I've only been using this a few minutes at a time for two days and I feel so much better already! It's difficult to put into words the difference in how my back feels and this is going to sound strange but it feels "lighter". I guess it's nicely stretched and decompressed. Whatever it is, I'll take it! I had a feeling this was a product I needed and I am so glad I bit the bullet and gave it a try. It's a little scary to use at first. It's extremely important to set for your correct height as an inch or two off can impact the speed at which you incline and if you set it too tall you will whip back too fast. Also, be sure to adjust the the strap short. You can test the degree of inversion prior to getting on by setting the strap and seeing how far back the table will go. Trust me. A little feels like a lot at first. You will be surprised so don't be afraid to start off just a bit beyond a horizontal angle. It will still feel very good. The Invertio Inversion Table was easy to assemble and not at all intimidating - once I realized that the first drawing of all the parts and pieces accounted for even the pre-assembled parts and that my efforts were going to be minimal. The instructions were easy to follow although the bolts weren't labeled (the short ones are for the feet ;) ONE RECOMMENDATION: Attach the black rubber feet FIRST! Attaching the feet was not included in my instructions at all and I found it a bit cumbersome to do when I had to tip the fully assembled table over on it's side to attach the feet. All in all, that was the most difficult part. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Quality and function are excellent. Ditto on assembly instructions
The Inversion table works as I had hoped. Delivery was prompt and all parts present an d accounted for. It came with one extra pair of bolts and nuts. Took about 90 min to assemble because I was googling for help with problem with a screw in adjustment knob for the ankle height settings. Was unable to get the threaded knob to screw into any of holes which were just a fraction too small and didn't want to force it or permanently modify it until I was sure I would keep it. I used a spare bolt instead. Found zero results on Google for assembly solutions. Ditto previous comments about instructions. There is no picture to use as a guide and suspect these instructions are for another version. Tried to inventory parts before assembly but gave up due to mismatch of parts list vrs those in box.The nylon strap with buckle does not prevent slippage when you are rotating backwards. A dicey time to learn that. Was able to route the strap an extra turn through buckle and it holds now.Like that it folds though I'm not sure it's flat enough to fit under an old bed. Probably not the place to put it if you plan to use it daily, but it takes up space. Need to find a place for vertical storage for when we have guests. I think it's looks fine but spouse sees it as an eyesore. I've had it 5 days and plan to keep it. Not planning to do full vertical tilt. Experimenting with having my body about 65-70% tilted from the vertical position for now.I like the lumbar support pad. Pleased with quality of metal structural parts as well as ankle cushions , handle bars and padded torso board.

Solid and easy to assemble.
To start off, I must have received an updated set of instructions. The booklet was several pages, and went step by step. The only thing that made me pause for a moment was, there didn't seem to be nearly as many bolts as the parts list showed. That's because the parts list shows every bolt, and it comes partially assembled. This thing is pretty intuitive to put together. The throw-away tools included are sufficient for the job. A ratchet would save maybe a minute or two at the most. The small parts are packaged in a box, and the bolts and screws are carded, so if it is packaged correctly and doesn't get dragged behind the truck, it should arrive complete. If you have ever put together an entertainment center, this thing is a piece of cake. Although there are no pictures to go with the bolt descriptions, there are seven bolts and four screws to install, and you should be able to easily figure out where each one goes. The weak link is the feet. Be careful when tightening the screws. Not only may the feet crack if you aren't careful, but a couple of the holes in the legs were drilled out a little too much for my liking. No danger of those feet cracking. The screws held them, but I'll be getting some larger self tapping screws when I get a chance. Check that the pre-installed bolts are tight. All in all, it does what it is supposed to very well. Feels solid when assembled. There are a few little fit and finish niggles, but that is offset by the price.
