Does not do well with heavier cameras and lenses
Overall it is a very cool design, in theory. but as soon as i put a Sony A9 with 24-70 F2.8 G Master lens , it was impossible to balance. Called factory, and they said to keep trying.. Well, I did , and no luck. now its just a $500 door stopper unless i use other lighter cameras and lens combos.there are other better brands and gimbals/cranes out there than this one. I do regret this purchase.

A steal in terms of what’s included.
It works as advertised, and follow focus works great. Though some of the stabilizing joints can be stiff to adjust. If you don’t have it in the right settings and you use the directional control for pan/tilting it can cause a jittery effect so be sure to review the manual. Overall I’m satisfied with the product and it exceeded expectations.

Budget? The ak4000 got it
The ak4000 is a very good choice for a budget camera gimbal. I have a shake problem but just update the software and that's all. I have to play with it a little more but at the time, this is a very good product for filmmakers on a budget

The reviews were promising, the product was not
I ordered this based on the reviews, as well as the photos referencing that this stabilizer would work with a Nikon D7500. First, this stabilizer does not work with a Nikon D7500. Second, it was practically impossible to configure with my camera as it would vibrate constantly as well as not stay steady, which is the primary reason why I got this. It would wig out and twirl the camera around and the footage would be jerky and not smooth. The app for this stabilizer is awful as well, and would not connect to the stabilizer at all. Finally, the touch screen that is on the stabilizer would not function with half of the buttons (such as the wifi button, bluetooth button, and others). Overall, I was unhappy with this product and returned it promptly. I've decided to go with a much more affordable, simple stabilizer.
