Looking form something that did not require holes in wall and saw this item with good reviews. Liked the double roll feature. However after arriving and installing, waited a whole day after affixing stick pad did not get thru a whole day without it falling off the wall. Cleaned the whole area with rubbing alcohol and attempted to re-apply stick pads and again waited a full day and assured they were stuck securely to wall and placed holder to wall with the “magic” nails. We got thru the first day but in the middle of the night it again failed and came crashing down on tile floor waking everyone in the household, we all came running out of our rooms expecting a disaster. Hubby will now install it using screws which was the whole reason I ordered the stick to wall with no holes. Very nice high quality item so will therefore not return it but if looking at this item for the self stick properties save your money and just buy one that firmly applies to wall with hardware. Also, will not hold double roll or mega rolls. They will not fit until a portion is used. If wanted roll to sit toilet paper on counter would not need a paper holder to begin with.

Very good quality and looks good on the wall. Like most American homes, my interior walls are made of cheap sheet rock, so you may want to purchase some upgraded wall anchors. The wall anchors that come with this item are made for stronger, higher quality walls. But for sheet rock walls, you'll need wall anchors that screw into the wall.

Keeps falling on the floor.I did everything per instructions but it will not hold on the wall.It might be too heavy.How can you help?

Purchased this as a home warming gift. My brother loves it.

Ordered this for our bathroom at work that had no toilet paper holder. Heavy, sturdy, shiny - great quality. Used the adhesive pads enclosed with the product to mount it to the metal stall wall, and so far no issues with it. Works like a charm! Would definitely recommend.

followed directions. the adhesive pulled the sheet rock paper off the wall. will need to have it installed by handyman. like the design otherwise.
