The product itself is really well made, I really appreciate lots of the small details on it. It's got the double catch on the front door, the bottom grate pulls out and locks in place, the top and bottom trays both can be pulled out for cleaning and the food bowls lock in place so the bird can't lift them up. It's a really good size for my green cheek conure and it feels incredibly sturdy. If this was all I'd give this product 5 stars however I've had to take off a few stars because of the wildly fluctuating price. It seems to fluctuate randomly across all sizes and colours for no obvious reason (e.g a flash sales etc) and I feel like I might of gotten a bad deal. I got the pewter as it was 30 quid cheaper than the green I was also considering however the following day the price had jumped up £100. I checked the other sizes and found the size just above was about £200 more than mine but then going up to the largest cage it was actually £60 cheaper? Every day the prices change randomly (some sizes and colours vary by over £300 from one day to the next) and if I had realised how much the prices fluctuate I would of waited before buying. (I also wish I'd seen this beforehand as would of liked a bigger cage for the same money but as the cage is already built and used I obviously can't return it.) As a customer there is no obvious reason I can see as all items show as dispatched and sold by Amazon. So if you do want this item I'd advise keeping a very close eye on the price as you could potentially save yourself quite a lot if you get it at the right time.

LOVE this cage for my GCC. She looks so tiny in it but it’s brill coz it can be filled with lots of toys and perches. Due to this cage being sold predominantly in the US i struggled getting it in the colour I wanted so went for the only one left which was sage green. It is a lot nicer than I expected and the quality is excellent. I found it very easy to put together myself and my GCC took to it straight away. I can’t recommend this cage highly enough. I do have to say that I am disappointed there aren’t any reviews with pictures attached so I’ve added mine to help others with their purchase. Excellent service from Amazon as always.

The cage / indoor aviary is a brilliant size. I am using it with four Parrotlets and it is perfect for them. The instructions that came with the cage were poor and difficult to follow. The hex bolts rounded off when trying to tighten them as the fixing holes did not line up or were poorly manufactured. The threads have been painted after being machined so paint made it difficult to start off some of the fixings. Overall the cage is great. The top can have the tray removed leaving light to get to your birds. Some of the metal was bent and had to be bent back into shape, this could have been due to poor construction or when being shipped from China. Please be aware the package was 22KG when delivered, thankfully the courier was able to life this into my home for me. Overall I am happy with the cage for the price I paid for it. I did not pay anywhere near the RRP listed on Amazon and would have been disappointed if I had done.

27/09/18 - POSATIVES: Happy the best strongest cage I have had & had many: I got the green sage & thePewter (light silver grey) colours - Took me 40 mins on my own: I don't use seed catchers or top traysSo they are a waste of money & metal could be sold cheaper without these things:NEGATIVE: Putting on top of both cages the screw holes do not line up so tops are not screwed downbut heavy enough to leave as they are... Would have got 5 stars but for this fault :-(

A lovely, spacious home for my Alexandrine. Overall I'm very pleased. I can't think of any way to improve the quality or design.I was concerned about damage during delivery after reading a few reviews, but there were no issues. There are 2 areas of damage (one on the metal the lock attaches to and the other is a bent bowl holder so the bird can't throw the bowls on the floor. They don't affect use at all), but these must have occurred before it was packed because of where they are and where they were in the parcel. I don't feel they need to be replaced. I will re-paint the chip by the lock to avoid rust with the little pot of paint included. I only paid £141.00 for the cage, the very next day it was back to £398.00 and should apparently be around £700.00 from this seller on Amazon and I might have felt differently about the damage if I had paid these prices!It was easy to put together and is very sturdy, but I did have to think about which way round some of the panels went as the instructions are brief to say the least! I'm not engineering inclined, but it only took me 1hr on my own to put together with only one small mistake (I put the top play stand bar on backwards at first). I am 6 foot 2 though so I could hold the whole thing at once and flip it as needed. The side panels were bowed, but straightened up when they were put in. The 3rd bracket on each side has an additional lip and I found it easiest to focus on this one and the one below and then just pull the front and back panels out slightly to slot the top 2 in rather than sliding the whole thing down from the top as is suggested, with the bend this is very difficult. I didn't put the seed catcher on as I don't think they're useful.I haven't had a white cage before and I'm nervous of chipping the paint so I've padded all the perch attachments with vet wrap to cushion where they touch the bars, but this is my worries rather than any reason to think this will happen.

This is a really great cage, easy enough for one person to put together, it is very heavy though at around 90kgs, plenty of room inside for lots of toys, bars have wider gaps than normal cage.

I bought the 18x18 inch cage in pewter. No damage to the cage, which I was pleasantly surprised having bought multiple cages in the past from different brands and all received with damage. I am 16 and set it up all by myself, very simple instructions, easy to follow. Using this for one cockatiel, very happy with this product.

This is a really well made cage. My grey loves it.

I love this cage. I recommend this cage for anyone. Directions were simple to follow. And after putting it together I noticed a few scuffs on it but they sent along a small bottle of touch up paint. Also there was a small dent on the Cage but nothing to make a fuss about. No worse then if I woulda purchased it from a store. Package also came 2 days earlier then they advertised. I am very happy with this purchase and so will be my conure.

Even with a few scratches and obviously this was a return item because some of the packing straps had been cut, it is very well made and sturdy. It took me about 3 hours to put it together all by myself. Perfect for our Quaker, Mr Pickles. Would have given 5 stars except for the scratches and obviously returned item that was not packaged properly.

These cages are great. Bought this one because the green one we had (identical) didn't match our decor. Our quaker parrot lives in luxury in his wire domain and loves the rooftop stuff. We don't use the trays on the side because, in our opinion, they make the cage way too big. That just means you have to clean more frequently around the cage because the bird isn't going to stop making a mess. Great quality and pretty good re-sale as well (we sold the green one we had).

This cage is great. I give it 5 stars. Lots of room for my conure, he loves the room. The casters are good quality which is nice. The instructions do suck but you'll eventually figure it out. I assembled it by myself (using furniture as leans to keep things upright) For those wondering as I did, the cage dimensions are 36x24 but the skirt is 44x32. Just so you can plan for the actual size.The cage looks good in my house, like a nice piece of furniture. Not cheap. So worth the splurge.

I am so happy with this! this cage was a GREAT price and it was shipped and sent to me in 2 days (I have prime shipping) I had now issues with any of the pieces, it went together fairly easily but did take two of us. It is nice and high and is the perfect size for our little Lovebird and would probably be suitable for one cockatiel. We love the perch on top and play area, although when it is not in use we take out the top tray as it lets in more light that way. Our bird is still a baby so she is training and this is a perfect place for her to hang out in between sessions. There is plenty of room inside the cage for for toys and perches, and it came with one perch for inside and the one on top. The food and water bowls are a good size and sit in the cage in a way that she cannot spill them. It is easy to clean and there is almost no mess underneath the cage thanks to the built in seed guard. We are completely satisfied with our purchase!Will buy again in bigger sizes!

This cage is great for my green cheek conure. She loves the space it gives her to play and move. It looks great in my living room and isn't to big that it takes up to much space, set up was easy but I would recommend having someone there to help because by the end you really needed extra hands. The seed catcher is so handy and helps to keep everything clean and all the mess stays in the cage. The cage came with touch up paint which is handy. It comes on wheels which is a blessing on hardwood floors but if you have carpet I'd rethink it. Overall I love this cage and it'll be a great long term home for her.

Pet Pervue was good the cage so so. Back oc cage was missing a welded on clip so had to have them send a new back panel. The cage bars run different directions from front and back to sides. The metal gauge of the bars is so small the parrot has difficulty grasping. There is no easy way for the bird to climb up to the play area. The rim of the seed tray is not safe for the bird. The cleaning tray is so tight you can't pull it out without the newspaper getting jammed. Would not recommend

Bought this for my Green Cheek Conure. Very nice construction, I put it together by myself without much trouble. My only complaint would be that on one side the bars under the grill were a little bent so that it wasn't safe to omit the grill (if you know what I mean), working on bending them back so that I can leave the grill off though.All in all I love it, 5 stars.

Really well made... easy to put together, I didn't even need the directions it's that easy. Packaged well for shipping. Arrived fast. My 2 lovebirds are so happy in their new "penthouse" lol and they love the play area on top! Definitely recommend this product.

This is a good cage. Well thought out design and good placement of the dishes, doors etc. I didn't see the issues others had with putting it together, as it was easily assembled in under 2 hours with the "help" of a six year old. However, the previous comments about damage during shipping are accurate. The box has little to no protection along the larger sides, and Prevue seems to rely on the 2 largest panels to protect everything else. Which, not surprisingly meant that the main panel can and did get damaged in several places. Prevue does have a replacement policy for the parts, but if you are anything like me, you will be buying the cage to use it almost immediately. And waiting for "new" parts is not time I want to spend waiting. If you are handy and can fix the damage yourself or you have the time to wait for replacements then this won't be a problem, although probably an annoyance.

Fantastic cage for my conure! She has plenty of room to move around in, we can attach more toys than her previous cage, and if you're particularly creative, you can add a lot more to the play top. The bar spacing is just right, it's built sturdy, and very easy to clean. Good stuff Prevue!

My mom's been wanting a good quality bird cage for a really long time, however the good quality ones have been way too expensive (over 400)! Finally we decided to take a risk and order from online, without having seen it in person. I have to say we are EXTREMELY satisfied with it! Although I've only had it for a short while, it's a very good quality bird cage and for the price we paid, we definitely got a good deal! Definitely recommend :)

Well built, good design, and easily assembled. My only negative is the wish that the front bars on the cage were horizontal rather than vertical; we have a small cockatiel and he has trouble navigating vertical bars. Other than that a well built cage.
