Where are my 2 exclusive item codes!???!

I am very unhappy with my purchase. I received my package late for one…On top of that, when it finally arrived and my son opened there were no virtual codes to be found. My son was extremely disappointed as was I. The main reason for the purchase was for the virtual codes. So it was a waste.
