Bethany Housewares 580 17" Length Lefse Cozy

This lefse cozy worked SO well for me! It kept my lefse warm and did not suck the moisture into the cloth. I had previously been using stacked, damp paper towels to keep my lefse from drying out once I took it off the griddle. This is absolutely a worthwhile investment, especially if you make a lot of lefse at a time!

These are wonderful to use when making lefse', but don't make the same mistake I did by throwing it in the washing machine & then forgetting to turn it on for a few days. By the time I remembered, it was covered in mold & wouldn't wash out, even after sitting 24 hours in bleach. No star reduction for my stupidity, I'm just sharing my experience so you don't do the same thing I did. I'm back here today to buy another one......

Keeps the Lefse moist to prevent from drying out. Good product.

It’s called a cozy so I thought it would be quilted/insulated. It’s just 2 pieces of canvas basically.

Just as pictured. Did have some trouble with delivery but the seller was amazing with fast contact time and resolution. Would definitely reccomend this product or seller to anyone.

Makes it easier to hace something to put your lefsa in as you're making it! and it's nice you can just throw it in the wash when you're done!

yes, my friend. another piece of equipment just to make your beloved lefse at Christmas time. But...it makes the whole process (which you must admit is a long process) a little easier and every little bit counts. You could make these yourself but you're busy making lefse so treat yourself and BUY it!

My girlfriend has envied mine so I ordered it for her for Christmas! She loves it!
