I have taken this product a total of perhaps 7 times. I am finding that it is quite effective for me. I should warn that you should start this product when you don't have any plans just in case. It seems to work very quickly. I would start on a day off but then you should be good to go after the first day. The effects are good. I think it is making me more regular. I was having some issues and this seams to have addressed the small deposits at the porcelain pool. This is not a flavored product. You mix it with something cold. I have been mixing it with cherry juice. It dissolves easily. The little pouch it comes in is very easy to open. Some of these little pencil pouches can be a beast to open and I was worked when I opened the box, but no problem. I was able to tear with by fingers. Some, I have to cut with a scissors or knife but no problems! I am happy that i tried this product. I would buy it again. I was given a discount to purchase this product.

This product, you can mix with water.You won't taste the powder and just drink it as you drink water.and you will feel that powder works when you finish the box, maybe even before you finish the box.I would recommend!

Love this product. Bought both Balance and Mood. I am hoping amazon starts selling the Sport which I have seen on the retailers site. The products themselves are awesome. I’ve taken vitamins and different probiotics for 2 decades. These are absolutely at the top of my list. I take balance before bed, mood in the morning. I feel terrific. My body feels balanced. I’m a believer. I don’t mix with a beverage. I take it right out of the pack, and it’s flavor is no problem

Mixes fairly well. The only complaint I have is that is says to mix with cold drink. Not sure why that is. I'm guessing because it can defeat the purpose of the pro biotic and break it down before it gets to the gut. It just doesn't completely dissolve in cold water. Leaves a few clumps or stuff on the bottom.

I add this to my water. It has zero flavoring and I can't even tell its inthere.

Have no idea why but this thing makes me happier! 1st week of having these and my insides feel like i have been drinking gold!!
