Two reviews here - one for the frames and one for this shipper. Part 1 - I ordered two of these frames and they're reasonably well constructed and look good. The wooden frame is sturdy and well made. There are two separate mats included rather than a double mat, allowing flexibility in picture size and providing an opportunity to add additional decorative touches - I'm adding gold leaf to the inner mat. No problems with removing the round sticker on the glass as others have mentioned. However, the frame needs improvement on the back panel. It's rather flimsy and doesn't have a snug fit to the opening in the back. It's attached on each of the four sides with a small rotating metal tab that slips under the edge of the frame (4 total). In order the get the frame back to fit snugly, I'll use the two plastic corners that held the back in place during shipping. They make the back fit better and can't be seen from the front or sides and they’re designed to use for hanging. Part 2 - Shipping - Can't say enough about how well Send A Frame packed these frames - best I've ever seen for breakables. The bubble wrap that encased each frame was very heavy duty and and additional heavy duty wrapping was used around all the edges. Both frames and their packaging were perfect when unpacked; AND, the frames ARRIVED TWO DAYS EARLY! Great customer service! It's because of this company's excellent service that I gave the product 5 stars. Absent the efforts work of Send A Frame Inc, I'd have selected 4 stars - the frames are beautiful, but the frame back needs improvement.

This arrived with an industrial grade sticker that took 20 minutes with goo-gone and a razor to completely remove. Once the sticker was removed After placing my art and the mat inside the frame I was unable to get the plastic hangers back in. I have no idea how it was done originally, but two capable adults weren't able to figure it out. I have to purchase some hanging wire in order to get this on the wall. I would send it back if it weren't for the re-packaging expense (because I'm amazed it made it to me unbroken when there was nothing on the box to warn of glass) and hassle of having it shipped. All together - not worth it, find a different frame.

Very nice frame. Came fully intact, not broken. People say there aren't hangers but the hangers are the white plastic jagged corner inserts. The box has a template for hanging and just follow those instructions. The small circular label attached to the glass come off with ease, maybe because it's so hot and it sat at the doorstep all day until I got home. I would purchase this again.

Whatever moron executive who decided to put a super-sticky, white, nearly impossible to clean off, useless label on the front of a glass frame should be fired. Nice frame, otherwise. The black on black on black look was perfect for the photo I wanted it for.

Nice frame and mat however the glass had a very well adhered sticker on it, a half hour later with adhesive remover and the glass is almost clean. There is no reason for the sticker, or the industrial grade adhesive used to stick it to the glass.

The frame is very, very nice but the plastic hangers are a little flimsy and force you to try to hang it level with two nails that have to rest on these little plastic teeth. If you're going to buy this frame, get a wire frame hanging kit to go with it.

Very nice, heavy frame! Two mats inside. Easy to get the back off and on. Came very well packaged inside thick bubble wrap. Glass arrived in perfect condition.

I really liked the picture frame but in shipping the glass kept on getting broken and the wood frame scratched so I returned a couple of them until I got ones I could use.
