Stop during boring workouts to get minimal to no results
When the title said bible, I really didn't believe this book was going to give that much information considering the size of the book. But, wow, they proved me wrong. The workouts in here are no joke. Not only I lost weight from the first three, I gained athletic ability and strength from it too. I highly recommend.

As much as I love planning my own workouts
I purchased this book to add to the constant variety of my daily workouts. I actually broke out my heavy bag and started incorporating it back into my workouts because of this book. As much as I love planning my own workouts, it always helps to get ideas from someone else. I own several of P Selter's books and have gotten a lot of good ideas from them. Thanks!

Great Book! The book provides you with the most helpful and comprehensive information about cross training. This book has a wide number of different things you can do everyday and a good explanation as to why cross training is one of the best physically options. I highly recommend this book to my friends and anyone who is looking to learn more about cross training.

Plenty of Workouts of the Day for Cross Training can be found in this book. It will never get boring. Really challenging and fun. This book gives me input for at least a year for a successful workout and great successes

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di completamente diverso, di fatto è solo un elenco di combinazioni di esercizi per allenamenti, mi aspettavo esercizi a corpo libero particolari ed innovativi, riprende esercizi già noti combinandoli in sessioni brevi di allenamento

Non per principianti assoluti
E' una compilation di proposte di allenamento: ricco di suggerimenti utili, di spunti interessanti per variare, di allenamenti rapidi ma intensi. Non lo consiglio però ai principianti assoluti, perché gli esercizi non sono spiegati (anche se qualche video lo si trova su internet), meglio quindi avere già esperienza con la forma corretta e una buona consapevolezza del proprio corpo per evitare infortuni.
