Winsome Dakota 24" Counter Natural Finish Stool

The best thing about this stool is that there was no assembly required. It came fully assembled and ready for use which was a great feature I thought. I bought this to match the other two we have because our local store quit stocking them. This matched perfectly. Great product all round.

It's more affordable than many basic wooden counter height stools I've come across onlin. That said, I was a little worried about the quality. This stool is actually real wood, well-built, and sturdy so I am absolutely happy with this purchase! The wood is lacquered so it has a nice polished-feel and look to it. The dimensions and specs in the product information are accurate.

Great stool. Came assembled at no extra cost. Took out of box, placed at counter and realized it was too short. Very sturdy however! Must have the 29" for the average height counter. So I ordered the 29" and started the return process for this one. It came in early the morning as I was making biscuits. I placed it at the island counter and perfect. Next thing I know my 3 year old pushed the 24" one next to me, climbed on and helped!! The 24" was perfect for her. I kept both. I liked the fact that both mine and hers didn't wobble at all.

This simple, natural finish stool comes fully assembled and is amazingly well made for the price. The top is attached with glue and screws. The top stretchers are glued plus the bottom ones are also pinned with small nails. Looks like it has several coats of finish which has been hand rubbed to a nice soft gloss. Even the bottom side of the top is finished. Some factory in Malaysia did a wonderful job on this.

I like the height for resting while working at the kitchen counter. The seat could be a little larger, but all in all I'm very pleased with the purchase.

The stool arrived pre-assembled. This is the reason why it is more sturdy than others. They put it together and carefully ship it. Mine arrived in good condition and all I had to do was take it out of the box. Similar stools that you have to assemble never compare in terms of sturdiness.

This was actually purchased to use as a plant stand. It seems to be well made, clear wood, and no knots in important places. It was nicely finished, and well packaged for shipping. Very pleased.

I bought 3 of these stools and they are simply wonderful. Comfortable, extremely sturdy and guess what, no assembly required. A fantastic value as well. a no brainer. Thanks!
