Looks good but that's about it sadly
This mount looked to have promise and ended up being very poorly engineered. I had to actually cut out the opening at the base of the wall mount plastic cover for the cables to be run so I unknowingly volunteered myself for production work without pay when buying this. Maybe I can write that off on my taxes...lol. The wall mount piece has an issue with the top not being tall enough so that the top mount hole doesn't sit right above the bolt for the hing. This makes it annoying to get a socket on it install or remove. The hanges needed to be loosened since they were all torqued on WAY too much and wouldn't move even when pulling very hard...just to see how overly torqued they were at first. Now on to the best part, the TV mount side. The way in which the TV mount plate attaches to the wall mount arm is very poor. In order to make installation of the TV onto the wall mount easy I attached the TV mount side to the TV and the wall mount to the wall and then put them together. The TV just totated and faced down since it's impossible to get any leverage on the knob since it's in between two pieces of metal, between top and bottom of the U mount that connects the wall mount arm to the TV mount plate. The rubber piece used between the U mount and the TV plate was removed as it makes it impossible to torque the U mount to the TV mount so that the TV stays at the angle you want so I removed it. The bolt that holds the U mount to the TV mount has a smooth head and between the head and threads is a square part of it that is used to lock the bolt into the channel of the TV mount so that it does not turn when you tightent a nut between the U mount and TV mount to bolt them together. The metal square part is too short and it wants to turn and round the edges and corners off too easily. The ends of the channels are rounded instead of square so the square part of the mounting bolt doesn't sit well at the ends. I ended up removing the knob and installing a nut and used my closed end ratcheting wrench to fit in and tighten it down so that they TV wasn't able to move. Without that the TV was leaning slightly to the right and could move right and left a little. After torquing it in then the TV was able to sit level. Not sure why this company did use the same method for adjustments that the large wall mounts I have use where the adjuster like in a workbench vise where you spin it to lock it. I'm continuing to use the mount since I went through so much work to get it to work. I was expecting it to be like the large TV mounts I have where I mount it to the wall, install the TV mount and then hang it and lock it in but this wasn't the case at all. On a good note the VESA 100mm x 100mm holes lined up well. The washer openings for the smaller bolts to install the TV mount plate are too large which caused me to have to hold the washers in place while I screwed in the bolts so that they were under the head of the bolt and not off center where you could see a bit of the opening. Not a huge deal but a detail that is annoying and slows down the install even further. The plastic parts open and close fairly well but they are too thin so they flexed when I was trying to close them around the metal parts while holding the wires in there as well. They weren't hard to put together or put on the metal mount arms so that's nice too. The plastic covers have plastic pieces that stick out to sort of hold the wires away from the metal parts but they need to be hooks or have notches in them so that they actually hold the wires down instead of just sit in the way of the wires if they move up toward the metal pieces. If they can clean up these issues, especially the mounting and adjustment part for the TV mount then it could be a good kit.

Has worked well for me.
I've had this wall mount for about 3 years and it's worked well for me. I have it pressed flat against the wall currently, but when I bought it I had to mounted it so that I could have the tv in a corner. I had the mount secured to one of the wall studs in said corner and then the arm pulled forward so tv was at an angle. I HIGHLY recommend securing this to a wall studs don't just use the plastic things that come with it. If you can secure it to a wall studs then use those heavy duty butterfly thingys.

Gets the job done
I hung a 28 inch Vizio on this. I didn't have too much trouble installing, as long as I followed the directions. I only gave it 3 stars because of how the tilt for the tv works. There is a big screw on a knob that has to be put on before the back plate is attached to the tv. If I were to loosen that too far it could come all the way out and I would have to take the tv down and remove the plate to reattach the knob and screw or let the tv dangle tilted all the way down. Also there isn't a lip or anything to hang the tv on while you attach it to the arm like other mounting brackets I've installed. Aside from those 2 things I like it and it gets the job done. It's kind of nice having all of the bolts and stuff covered. Although I haven't tried to thread the wires through the housing it looks like it would be a pain.

Easy install - Fullly Articulating - Looks Good
Easy to install, feels sturdy and has a nice finished look. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very difficult to "fish" the HDMI and power cable through the covers so that they remain unseen ... see photo ... I haven't clipped the zip ties nor made any other effort to hide the wires just yet. This unit is fully articulating. I can push up nearly flat against the wall or pull out all the way. It will turn any angle horizontally and the TV face can rotate both directions and tilt.

Excellent wall mount
Excellent wall mount. I didn't have a stud available where I wanted to put it, so we put a 1x6 up across two studs so it could go where I wanted it. That's a trick a friend taught me. Screw the board across two studs so it becomes the mounting method. I've had mounts that take two rows of screws so they don't hit one stud like the newer ones. Anyway, it is very sturdy and holds my TV very well. The articulation is excellent for whether I'm at my computer or laying in bed. I can even angle the TV to use it for a monitor for my computer if I want. Love it.

Check size carefully before opening
The mount we received was not the same as the one ordered. The product box is labeled for TV's 23"-42", but has a sticker placed on it stating for TV's 17"-32". Luckily the holes still lined up with our 23" tv. Caution should be used if you are ordering for a TV in the outside ranges of sizes. That being said, it is a wonderful mount. The swivel and tilt allow it to be seen anywhere in the room and provide flexibility of where to mount. Easy installation and can hide cords well.

Works for the price but not the sturdiest.
Using with a 32" TV. I haven't had this for long so I can't say how it holds up long term. What I can say is that the TV doesn't sit on the mount as firmly as I would have hoped. There seems to be a lot of movement where the plate on the TV attaches to the swivel mount on the wall. The whole thing is just not as sturdy as I'd hoped it would be,but what can be expected for the price. If anything happens to it structurally I'll be sure to update.

Great mount at low cost, super easy to install. Thank you.
Great mount at low cost, super easy to mount. This is my second one, and plan to buy at least 1 more maybe 2 if price stays the same. Actually even if the price went up a little i would still buy them, they are so easy to install and work great. the second one only took 5 min to install first one maybe 10 min, easier if you use a stud finder, but not really needed. Thank you. Delivered fast and free with Prime, Thank You!
