2-Pack - Bernat Softee Chunky Yarn, Black, Single Ball

I can always count on this yarn to make my favorite projects, crocheted blankets. It’s buttery soft, doesn’t split or fray, and works up nicely. My favorite yarn!!

Initially I'm really glad when I see it because it's a very soft chunky perfect for beginners but as time goes on it the softness goes away right away but what do you expect for the price is a great price and it's the best product out there so far that I've found initially to have it you know your your project remains soft and everything but I'm pretty sure that after I wash my finished project a couple times it's just going to ball up or not going to be is bright or as intact or the integrity of the yarn itself will not be as when you first get it of course again you get what you pay for I think

It’s just not very soft. It’s label says “softey” but it’s more coarse. Not totally impressed this time

the texture is interesting

Always prefer thick yarn for afghans. This yarn does not disappoint. Bought several colors for a striped blanket that I am making as a gift. Have zero complaints.

This yarn held up well and didn't fray easily. It was easy to work with and had quality texture.
