I have had plantar fasciitis for years and occasionally have pain. I had heel surgery years ago but found out heel spurs can return. When I start to feel pain, I wear the socks for a few days and the pain goes away. I still do my heel exercises but the socks really do help make the pain go away.

I got the largest size you offered. I wear size 15 shoe. I felt immediate relief, but as the day wore on I felt they were slightly and became slightly painful on the top of my foot. I am confident they would have worked perfectly for me if they were a size larger. I will look around for a larger size. I believe in the concept.

I broke my leg close to my ankle about 8 years ago and have been having issues with swelling in my ankle ever since (doctors seem to be of no help) so I have been wrapping it. I tried a compression sock that goes up to my knees but its not great during the summer and I only need to wear one leg, plus they take forever to get on (a bit of a pain if you ask me). These do a great job if not better than the full knee sock and they are great for summertime. I only need to wear them maybe 2 days a week now because the swelling has been improving so much.

As I get older, I am noticing my feet swell, they ache, and generally are alot more sore. I tried these socks after having some foot pain in my metatarcil arch. After wearing them for a day, I couldn't believe what a difference they made. I have recommended to friends with plantar facitis, and they too notice a huge improvement in pain and aches. You can wear these socks over and under your normal socks, or in the summer, by themselves.

If you have PF, these are great. They would be better if they reached under the toes. They fit well and don’t move. For me, my pain didn’t disappear but I’ve had planters fascia my whole life. I get 80% pain relief and for me that’s a lot. This color sock fits better than the black and white ones - they are larger for some reason.

Love everything about these!!!! I followed the measurements and they fit me perfectly! These help keep my ankles in place while doing my activities or just even laying around. I would recommend not sleeping in them though. If you dont move around enough your joints can become stiff. I swear I'm gonna buy 10 more of these!! I roll my ankles all the time in the winter slipping on ice and these things have saved me from a lot of pain!!
