If they run out of this their migraines return so we know it is making a difference. It appears it is helping in other ways too. Hope to write a more detailed review soon with the other benefits it appears to be making.

Only time will tell....very expensive for what they are. can last less than a week depending on amount used and, I actually ordered these from Amazon accidentally - I had already purchased them directly from the manufacturers website as they are cheaper from there!!?

Between having leaky gut, histamine intolerance, and a lifetime of being constipated this has been a HUGE part of my solution!! I’m ultra sensitive and this doesn’t make me bloat or have gas.. I’m actually going to the bathroom like a normal person (never has been the case for me without double dosing laxatives). I look like I lost a lot of weight since being on this and the histamine diet because my inflammation has incredibly reduced and I’m more regular.. The only thing is I wish it was cheaper or that they made a more potent one because I do notice the benefits of taking 3-5 a day.. which is necessary for healing leaky gut.. FYI Almost all probiotics make you bloat first few times of use because it’s killing the bad stuff in there and when they kill the bad stuff it releases gas.. so it’s actually a good sign you’re balancing and on your way to a flatter tummy and healthier immune system! Just try having peppermint and ginger tea with it to help ease any bloat.. other probiotics that aren’t histamine balanced like this one cause me a crazy spike in histamine and I go through a crazy allergic type reaction. So these are the safest and one of the only things I can have that will heal my gut!

They changed the standard ingredients for this product to include Fructoligosaccarides and Galactoligosaccarides, just a shame since big industry bought out Mark Sisson, this used to be a great standard product, nothing in it that you don't need, now its ruined.

Can’t speak to actual product quality, but just received and promptly returned this probiotic because it did not have the probiotic strains I expected it to have. Since the Amazon listing doesn’t include the ingredients, I incorrectly assumed this product would match the one on the Primal Blueprint website that has the same name. Not the case for me.

This product works very well for me. After three or four weeks has helped my acid reflux. I've taken it before for the same problem and it always makes it better. I should probably just stay on it. If you experience G.I. upset or Gas it is because your body needs these strains of Flora. Just take one a day if it's affecting you strongly. I only take one a day, even though the bottle says to take more, it's enough.

It's hard to say for sure if a supplement has helped, because there are so many other factors at play. However, I have lost weight (without dieting) and have been in a really good mood since I started taking these a few weeks ago. They are a great buy compared with the really high potency probiotics that don't contain spore-based. For now, I am a happy customer.

well, i bought 2 bottles and all expires after 3 months!! i was expecting 6 month of use at least .. amazon should take this into consideration and pan supplements sold for any expiry date less than 6 months, it just not an ethical practice or at least show the expiry next to the product info.

I love everything Mark Sisson does, and this one doesn't disappoint. I can really feel a difference if I miss a day.

Love these, so great. Great price one of the cheapest of this quality and variety of strains. Love that it's formulated with histamine neutral or degrading strains so no issues with that!

Got these for my mom, and she hasn't had any more digestive problems. As long as she takes her probiotics, everything's good, and that's a huge relief.
