For what you paid for it's pretty good. I can't say for sure if the product arrived damaged or if it got damaged while putting it together. You have to go on to the website and look at how to put it together. If you have dogs or a kid that is quite playful this couch will not work for you it will get destroyed quite quickly. It's kind of flimsy and light weights. However it is really soft and looks amazing in my space! I love my purchase! It was easy to put together the hard part is playing velvet down to reach the velcro. It's not a stretch fabric and you have to pull a lot. Otherwise what's an amazing color and pretty damn comfortable for the price you're paying

The packaging was effective. It was easy to put together. It is very light, so it slid around on my hard wood floors until I used some rubber anti-slide pads on the legs. It's the same size as my previous couch, but it somehow feels about 3/4 the size, probably due to the generous thickness of the back cushions and that it's very short. The other reviews say it's firm...I don't agree with that at all. I'm 200 lbs and I just squish right down into it, as if the cushions provide no support. It uses sinuous springs about half the thickness of normal ones, and it's obvious that corners were cut in the design. There is also a weird angle to the seat cushions like they tilt slightly forward, so it constantly feels like you're sliding off at a snail's pace.On the other hand, the upholstery is very nice, kind of like a suede. Other reviews said it accumulates pet hair, but I have 3 cats, and there is no sign of cat hair on it at all (and they sit on it a lot). Actually, I think the cats like to touch the upholstery more than I do, though they don't seem to want to scratch it. I also like the solid wood construction, which actually feels sturdy, despite the shortcomings of the deck springs.In all, compared to my last couch, which was a box store special, it costs half as much, but it's also half as good. This is not an exception of the rule "you get what you pay for." There are serious flaws, like the seat springs are very flimsy and can't hold up anything heavier than a cat or three, which combined with the weird angles makes it feel small to sit on. Then again, it has a great mid-century style, and the upholstery is also great. And it's made in America.

I am absolutely in love with this couch! If you are looking for a trendy piece without a large price tag this couch is for you. I was able to assemble it quickly by myself. It looks exactly as it is pictured in the product description. It is a soft fabric with a beautiful color. I have it placed in my office so it does not receive as much use as my living room couch. So far it has held up and kept its form great. I would, however, recommend getting pillows for the arms as laying right on the arm is not the most comfortable. I would purchase again in a heartbeat.

I've had a quite a few couches recently. I buy them, they're pretty but they're not comfortable, and I send them back. This couch is perfect. It's absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable to sit on. For the price, I don't think you can beat it.I purchased the green sofa. It is just like in the pictures. I saw another review where the green couch looks like a blue-green rather than the mossy green in the seller photos. I was a bit worried the sofa would be the blue-green color, but that reviewer said it was true to the photos, so I took a risk and bought it. I'm happy I did.I maybe wouldn't suggest this couch to heavier people. My partner and I each weigh about 130 and while the couch can handle our weight, I think a larger person may break it.Tldr: buy this couch. do it.

I only weight ~200 pounds, and only sat on this sofa a few times and the leg buckled. I've emailed the manufacturer and will update with their response.Other than that, it was easy to put together and looks/feels great.

Firstly, assembling was very simple. I did search for the bag of screws for a moment but otherwise - great. It’s soft like suede to the touch and has nice cushions. Though you won’t likely sleep on it unless you weigh very little (I weigh 160). I would highly recommend for a small apartment or office space.

I do not usually post reviews on items but for basically 400 dollars I expected this to be sturdier I have it in the corner of my living room so it is poistioned against two walls and honestly I dont trust it to support more than me and my 8 year old. There are only four little bolt things keeping it together. The couch is pretty to look at and run your hands over but i doubt it will last long enough to get your money out of it

I love this couch. It came so compact and easy to assemble. The material feels amazing. Very happy with this purchase!
