NIXON Chronicle SS Watch

This watch has about the same case diameter as the Nixon's 51-30 yet it's a bit more low profile (thickness). Very clean looking dial without too much distractions. The watch came in a well padded box with extra links which is normal for most Nixon watches. I like the look of the 51-30 but it was just too bulky so I decided on the Chronicle SS. If you're looking for a large faced watch with low profile this watch is for you.I would recommend this watch to everyone.

Purchased watch as gift, overall very satisfied with purchase thus far. Watch came promptly, product itself nicely intact. Product itself looks very nice has weight to it and definitely looks expensive

I love the watch color and size but the band feels cheap almost hollow like. I have a few of there watches now.

The watch is beautiful, but just after a week or two of using it, it peeled!!!And the normal using, not working with any kind of materials or tools, just at the office. Love the design but i wont buy another nixon watch

This watch is bigger than what I expected. It is a little heavy and bulky. But you know what? I love it. Simple and stylish. I lost the count of the number of people who remarked about this watch. It really grabs the attention.

Great watch and is working fine. Service was perfect. My grandson who is in college wanted this watch for his birthday. I had never heard of it but he is really happy and it looks great on his arm.

I like the watch but it stopped working 4 months after purchasing. No idea how to get it repaired since I am outside US.

I bought the Chronicle SS matt black/dark tortoise design. Overall, the watch looks incredibly good; its black in color with a slight hint of tortoise colored band design, and the face of the watch looks pretty dark and cool. However, its visibility is not ideal in a dark environment. Not a big deal, after all a watch like this is suppose to be a fashion statement. I have been wearing the watch for a week. So far i have received tons of compliments.My biggest concern with this watch is its matt black coating. The underlying color of the watch is silver (or gunmetal), and a mild scratch on the surface will peel off the black coating and reveal its underlying color. I wore the watch for only a week and i noticed a few small scratches on the edge of the watch face. The watch looks durable, but its really easy to get a few scratches on it unnoticed.Overall, for its aesthetic and build, its still a good buy at $200+ price point, i would recommend it!
