Benexmart Smart WiFi ceiling fan switch Compatible with Alexa Google Home Smart Life App Control (fan light switch)

Buzzing noise generated at fans when this is installed is intolerable. I thought it might have been an installation problem, then I uninstall and installed again, worked fine for a couple of days but the buzzing came back. Incredibly loud buzzing at even the lowest speed, but worst at 100%. Unusable unless you are deaf or for a loud machine environment.No physical installation directions provided other than a static wiring diagram.The app installation and integration with amazon alexa was easy.Will be asking for refund or replacement

I am an experienced electrician so the install was very simple for me. The switch does produce a hum on the line at medium speed. Its noticeable enough to be annoying. The quality of the unit I received was very acceptable. If you don't mind a hum and your application is in a single gang box then this is a good choice. If you need multi gang, no hum and dimmable feature there is a Treat Life fan switch that I also bought and installed that works very well.

This is a great switch that is awesome for my bedroom fan/lights. The only problem with it is that it doesnt double dim, so you can adjust the fan power from 0-100% but can't dim the lights. Even though the fixture is capable of it the switch is not. Otherwise it would have got 5 stars. I gladly traded light dimming for being able to control lights and fan by voice and for the price well worth it!!.

I provided a low rating because the description is inaccurate and I would have sought a different solution if i had the proper information. I purchased this because it was the only Fan/Light switch that claimed to be Alexa compatible.While the fan is compatible the light is not. The other issue is delivery timing, When the order was placed i received an estimate of 2-5 weeks. It wound up arriving in about 10 days, but the wide estimate made it difficult to plan the project. Other than those things it is attractive, easy to install and works well except for the issue above.

This is a very nice looking smart fan/light switch.Small price but very expensive looking. Has a thick front glass covering that is touch screen like. I would highly recommend.

The switch is good. Works well with Ceiling Fan and Light. It works well with Google Assistant.The only issue I had is it is made for a electrical box with a single switch. It is a bit oversized for a switch and I was installing it in a 2 gang electrical box. It was dificult to get anther light switch into the gangbox with the fan switch. This switch would work best in a single gang box.

Rivenditore gentile e affidabile. Ho ricevuto il primo interruttore e dopo un mese dall'installazione non regolava più la velocità delle pale a soffitto. Inviato mail al rivenditore che ha provveduto subito all'invio di un nuovo SMART WiFi.

Easy to install works good with alexa and smart lifeLooks nice no buttons just touch the blue lights to turn on and offHardest part (nothing to do with the switch) was running another wire for fan, lucky i have a attic so i was able do so with out cutting drywall.
