Great Customer Service
I have been using these for a while. They worked great until I had an issue with one toner cartridge memory not being detected. Contacted the seller and got a replacement in 2 days and it works perfectly. Great value and customer service.

Very bad!
One of the cartridges was making a line on the right side of the papers, and the other one made my printer produce some annoying noise. I changed the cartridge, and everything was fine with my printer. I'd never repurchase these products, and I'll stick with the ones that I know. Not worthy!

Item incompatible with HP Pro M28w
Just opened the toner to replace the old one, and I note it is incompatible with my HP Pro M28w. The image of the product on Amazon looks right, but what I have been sent does not look like that and does not match my printer, although in the item description it says compatible with M28w. Now my returns window is already closed on top of that, so I am left with an item I don't need.
