It is very cool product.My family really love it.This is a great way to view who is coming to your door without opening the door.It has 1080 HD wide-angle (170 degree) camera and two way audio allow you to talk with the visitors and no one know that you are not home.When I was on break at work, the camera alerted me about motion at the front door (PIR detection and smart night vision). The door bell give you free 7 days cloud storage, it is also support the Micro SD card (16gb,32gb,64gb). The features which i like is Anti-theft design. When someone try to take out the doorbell camera, you will receive the alert from your cellphone.And it also have a security screw at the botttom of the doorbell.Moreover, it was easy to install,simple to download and register with the app name Ubell. Everything working perfect and makes us feel more secure.

The item came in early and looked neat. I was excited to set it up. The instructions were not quite clear on how to detach the back panel and screw to wall. I actually had to search a video on YouTube. I charged it in case it came with a little charge or none at all. It also has several chimes to chose from and is loud enough. Once set and in place it works well. It’s great to see activity or get an alert on my phone of motion detection or whenever someone rings the doorbell. The picture is clear enough, as well as night vision. The only thing I’m super bummed about, the camera (or alert sent to phone) wakes from sleep 15 seconds after someone rings doorbell or approaches the door. Big downfall for me. Especially, if I’m away from home and someone approaches the door or rings doorbell, those 15 seconds you loose are crucial. I’m considering purchasing a different doorbell for that reason.

I wanted to love this camera but it is a pain in the rear. The screw to attach the body to the mounting plate was the wrong size. I tried to get ahold of the seller, Amazon tried to get ahold of the seller. Finally Amazon gave me a credit for the cost of the screw so I could order it. Finally I can finish installing it 3 weeks after the first time I tried. I leave all the settings at the default and I'm getting notified 40 times an hour every hour of movement. So then I change everything to the lowest setting and I am getting notified 10 times an hour of movement. 98.5% of the time it was the wind blowing a leaf 50 feet away but the camera would not even register when people are walking past or on my actual porch unless they pushed the doorbell. Then of course I'm taking it down once a week to recharge the battery that's supposed to last for months.I ended up spending quite a bit more than this to get something that works and works really good, and it's closer to the size of an actual doorbell instead of the size of this monster. This thing is huge and an eye sore. I was willing to deal with this huge monstrosity next to my door if it work, but it doesn't even work right.

Great product! I’m really surprised by the quality especially at night. The camera is clear and will help to see who’s ringing my doorbell and keep my packages safe when I’m away. Thanks for producing a great product for a good price

Unfortunately this item didn't work out for me, I knew I was taking my chances since I couldn't find much info on it when I tried looking this item up online. Hoping for the best being the price was decent I was really disappointed the quality sucks and between my husband and I we tried connecting both our phones and if I connected it would disconnect him and vice versa. We tried for about 2 hours trying to get the hang of it, no detail instructions to better explain. By the end of the night we just knew it wasnt worth the stress figuring it out we decided to return it and go for the Ring. Yes its more expensive but till the day I love it and don't regret spending more my ring camera bell works great!!

I returned device because it was ridiculously large and heavy for its purpose. About as large in size as my Samsung Note 8 but also about 4 times thicker. You won't find an area alongside most doors to mount it and if you have a screen door like I do, no point in attaching to your door itself. This tech may functionally work, but is not yet small enough to really be practical. Better to just purchase a wifi security cam and mount it someplace else to view your doorway.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the other reviewers. I thought something priced this cheap with only 3 reviews and all 5 stars was questionable. This device is a piece of junk, the quality of the camera is bad outdoors. It turns RED. Indoors the camera seems to work normal, but when the camera is taken outside it auto adjust to a terrible red image. I have an amazing router and phone. The image lags, poorly made. I just got this today and I am already returning it. I guess I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.

Don't Buy, I returned mine. I like the size, shape and the bronze rims. But functionality, It's randomly freezed. It took like almost one minute after you press the button for the image to show on the phone, and that is if it ever does! This was the problem that I had with the Ring Door Bell, and this product is even worst. The SD card is recognizing the card, I could live with that if the video feed functionality works, which it doesn't. Look Else where!Amazon needs to crack down on those false 4-5 star review on this product!!!
