Replaces injection molded plastic "Weaver" rail with precision aluminum Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) / STANAG (2324 & 4694) extended accessory rail. Facilitates mounting of milspec optics and sights to rifle. Includes a precision machined aluminum riser that replaces the plastic “Rib” on the Forend Cover. The riser provides a strong, flat surface on which the forward portion of the rail is secured. This design permits the length of the rail to be longer (403mm) than other solutions while integrating flawlessly with the existing rifle stock. All parts are extensively machined to minimize weight while retaining strength and rigidity. Simple installation - no permanent modifications required to firearm. An aluminum pin replaces the rail lock and secures the riser to the Forend cover. Socket head cap screws are used to secure forward portion of the extended rail to the riser. Maintains original height from receiver shroud top to accessory rail top. The slot positions are consistent with the slots in our side and bottom replacement rails. Optional OEM adapter (SKU SA-HPxx95TS-OEM/OEMT) is available to mount the OEM rear peep sight to this rail. Our open front sight post(SKU SA-HPxx95TS-OFS) will increase the front sight post tip height so that standard BUIS and optics can be properly co-witnessed. Alternately, the upper part of the factory front sight can be removed and any pair of standard iron sights can be used. For those wanting to retain the use of the factory rail lock and still would like a little more space for accessories, please see our extended front rail (SKU SR-HPxx95TS-FX-BLK) for a replacement riser solution including a 125 mm long extension rail. Outstanding rail
This was slightly pricey based on the alternatives, but was the only one I saw that included a billet rib. The fit, finish, machining, quality, and ease of installation was outstanding. It does add weight to a gun others say is already too heavy, and that’s true, but I’m not carrying my 4595 through the woods and the extra mass helps me get a really good offhand shot with this rifle. The extra length also allowed my front AR style sight to be mounted much farther forward which adds to the accuracy of the iron sights, and now there is plenty of room for the perfect placement of the red dot optic and the flip up irons. Overall, this is one of the few products I’ve bought that I can’t find anything wrong with at all, and I like to pick nits.. If I could give it more stars I would gladly do so. Nice job!

This rail is awesome
This rail is awesome. I took the front and rear Hi-Point sights off and added a scout scope on this rail. Gives the carbine completely new look and adding a scope tightens accuracy.

Own a Hi- Point?
This is the rock solid mount for you! Rails for AR - style sights / redot / flashlight / ETC Mine came missing a few things but after contacting ( Kevin- P ) he took care of me without question and answers any question you might have / great support / Excelent rail system this is the 1 !

Rock solid and easy to install.
I was skeptical about this aluminum top rail but ordered anyways and am glad I did. Only wish I had bought one sooner. Built a 995ts with a top rail from LongShot manufacturing and loved it till I saw I could wiggle the rail just slightly because it didn’t screw in along the front. This one from pecks is amazing with the aluminum riser and is rock solid. Just slid right in to the factory foregrip with very little work and then screwed in the whole way and looks fantastic. Like I said before it is rock solid and looks great with the barrel shroud I ordered from down range products out of okoboji iowa. Topped it with a Simmons 1.5-5x32 shotgun scope and it’s my favorite gun currently.

Transformed Hi-Point PCC Carbine
40SW PCC Carbine wasn't holding zero reliably despite having a decent scope an mount; Vortex Strike Eagle and base. Accuracy and repeatability is now excellent

Quality of the rail is awesome!!
I was able to mount it with ease to the gun. The rail put strength into the hi point carbine with more options to put on it. I mounted a red/green dot sight along with iron flip up back up sights. Quality of the rail is awesome!!!
