Not exactlyWhat I did expect. In the beginning where the pulp should come out the juice was dripping and the pulp is very moist. I kept the equipment only because I reuse the pulp...The quality and taste of juice is excellent , but if you juice more than one glass the pulp gets warm.I compare it with more expensive brand (my friend has and uses) and I would say so that this machine is much better.Update. I have tried to like it, but I can't. This machine is all, but frustration to use. It has a reverse switch, I don't understand why, because the pulp is always going back up...the spiral is cracked after using it just for few times (because it is a PITA to use it), juice is everywhere and getting even into the motor part and the one collected has a lot, a lot of pulp. Sometimes when the reverse mode used it would unlock the secured whole part of juicer mechanism...Hate to use it and instead of using every other day I barely use it at all. In general since I bought it in 8 months I used it 5 times....

There were basic instructions in the box that did not cover most of the assembly or cleaning instructions. The port for the cord is wobbly and loose and I am assuming will break soon. The fruits get backed up when juicing so I have to clean it 2-3 times to make a juice. Complete waste of money.

DO NOT order this juicer! 2 parts have broken within the year warranty that I purchased and no one will respond to fix it. Not the juicer company, not the warranty company, not even Amazon will respond to any of the messages sent. DO NOT buy this juicer or the "warranty" that supposedly comes with it. Not worth the money, Not worth the hassle. So over this crap.

I liked my juicer - the design - way to clean it until it broke today - the plastic material did not withstand a daily use. I tried to claim my money back but could not find a button online. I probably need to get now one of the expensive stainless steel juicers.After various attempts to contact the manufacturer and claim the broken spare part within the 10 year guarantee still no response - no customer service whatsoever.@Amazon: could you help pls?

I used this machine twice. It was very quiet & the juice tasted good. However the auger cracked on the second use & the machine was very hard to take apart to clean. I had to return it.

Pros: I was gifted a free blender with my purchase.Cons: The Juicer has a very low height allowance for cups or bowls.

I really like this juicer. It's not too loud, it seems to break up the vegetables and fruit really well. Easy to use.

Très mauvais achat _ Très fragile brise à plusieurs endroit, même avec de très petits morceaux de fruits ou légumes. Service après vente et courtoisie NUL !!!
