A decent brace with some flaws
This is a good brace but there needs some improvements. First the electric that goes across the left hip is twisted. There is no way to untwist this. I have tried. It’s a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately because of this is creates unequal pressure on the hips because on side pulls more then the other and effects the way he stands. Next the sizing is off. The back elastic needs to be a lot longer with Velcro options if your dog is shorter. My pug is only 16 pounds, so not a large pug by any means and this doesn’t even come close to fitting. The back electric piece is only about 4 inches from hip to wear you are supposed to attach to the collar. So what I had to do is attach it to his harness so it wouldn’t choke him. I know if I moved up to a medium the legs and hips wouldn’t fit so I’m stuck with the small size. They really need to make more sizes and maybe color options as well. Also the Velcro is no going to last long. Already with this hair it’s not staying down. I tried hand washing it and defurminating it but I think the Velcro isn’t that strong unfortunately.Here are the positives: It has helped my dog remember not to splay his legs so badly. After a week of wearing this off and on it actually seems like it’s retraining we’re to hold my dogs legs and how to walk better even without the brace. It’s not perfect by any means but it’s better and I will take it. I wish that brace wasn’t twisted because it does effect things.

Helps with hip arthritis
My dog have hip arthritis and during winter she have a hard time walking. These therapy wrap have a insert that you can slip in the icepack or warm pack to help with the hip bones. I noticed it helps my dog a bit but not to the full extreme.

My Boston terrier is 14 lbs small to small medium to big seems like a good idea but dog won’t walk when on, to difficult, has to be a easy way to support back hips and legs?
