These seem to come from the US and have 3 ribs for extra strength though they are not quite as long as the regular 2 rib strips or IMO as sticky. Still, do the job well!

These have been changed! Thinner and not extra strength as those usually sent. Also in different box.

Purchased for my husband who snores like a steam train. Purchased as a last resort before sleep divorcing him. They really do help in opening up the nostrils to allow him to breathe better, they stay put all night too, and although he will still snore ever so slightly on his back (and know about it from me when he does), these seem to work when on his side.

I went through 10 or more strips using different and combined methods, washing face with warm water and drying, talcum powder etc, and in about 5 seconds one side would just unstick no matter how hard i tried

Bought these after watching on youtube a doctor from America recommending them and explaining the benefits. They are amazing for keeping your nostrils that one little touch more open, encouraging you to breath through your nose and stop snoring. You will get a much better sleep and you will definitely be a lot healthier in the long run due to a deeper and smoother sleep especially if you tape your mouth close using the 3m tape thats skin friendly.

These strips do work and stay on my nose all night and help me to get better sleep. There are few tips, however, to make them stay. The first one is to apply to oil-, and cream free skin. I usually wait until my moisturiser sinks in, then wipe my nose with a wet cloth and dry it with a towel so it is no longer oily. The second tip is to make sure that all of the strip is in conact with the skin of the nose evenly -this can take some practice initially to get right but not too difficult. The last tip is to try and not squash your face too much in the pillow / keep your face off the pillow overnight as this can cause the strip to lift off in places by the morning. For me this was worth it, I sleep better than ever since using these, I am almost addicted to them.

Been using these for years (even though you're not suppose to). If I didn't, I would be breathing through my mouth all night. This way I can breath through my nose.

My husband has been using Breathe Right Nasal Strips for several months and the amount of snoring has been reduced by using the strips.
