Robart Pinchless The Reiner Bit

My gaited horse kept getting behind the bit and opening his mouth and getting his tongue over the bit with the Imus gaited comfort bit. This bit was recommended for tongue relief in Brenda Imus bitting video. He is much more comfortable and not so upset by contact now. I also like the higher rein setting for riding with 2 hands in the arena for doing western dressage. It’s a great bit for bending and works great in both rein spots for riding with 2 hands or neck rening. He hasn’t gotten his tongue over the bit and keeps his mouth very quiet and doesn’t seem to have any problem eating with it on either. So far I love it and he does as well. I highly recommend.

Nice mild bit that almost any horse will ride around in. Independent shank movement so you can lift just one shoulder. Seems to be balanced fairly well just wish the metal was a little better quality.

I've used this bit for the past three rides. My walker works best in the arena than on the trails with it. I seem to have good control without the head tossing and gapping in the mouth that I had with my old bit( wonder bit). I do like it. The only problem I have with it was that it's hard to get the bit in his mouth.

After trying many different bits on my mare this was the one for her! At 52 I recently started riding horses and I ride a 18 year old TWH. After trying this bit on her she had brakes and steering with just one finger. I liked it so much I purchased another one for my young TWH gelding and he is responding incredibly well to it.

Have used it on several different horses and they all respond well to it. I now have 3!!

Very big and bulky. I guy didn’t mind wearing it and rode well with it, but did not like it to be inserted..... just switched to a regular snaffle.
