SoBuy Kitchen Island on Wheels with Extendable Worktop & Adjustable Shelves

Absolutely perfect! I love it! It has great storage and has hidden wheels so the whole island can be moved around easily even on a rug. I love the extendable worktop which is perfect for a breakfast bar or just having dinner on especially when you don’t have a big property for a dining table. It’s probably the best purchase ever. I wish I had it sooner. I love it. It elevates the kitchen so much and I live looking at the kitchen. So strong and sturdy. Great quality. You get two spacious drawers and to cupboards underneath which is so handy for items. I decided to not have one shelf in on one side so that I could fit larger items like washing powder boxes and stuff which is perfect for storing. I genuinely love it. There isn’t one like this with these exact features I like on the market such as hidden wheels double cupboard or extendable worktop at the great size it comes in so extremely pleased with this purchase. I highly highly recommend this to everyone!

Bought this to fill gap after getting rid of table and bench seat as needed more storage space. Really love this, fits in perfectly and can be moved around easily if needed. Great quality. Fairly easy to assemble - good instructions.

The finished product is solid, looks great and is much better than I expected. the initial delivery went missing, the seller offered either a refund or replacement, we opted for the replacement. It arrived 4 days later in two boxes which are heavy, one of these was damaged, but the packaging protected all the materials in the boxes. It took about 3 hours to get the structure of the kitchen unit built and a further 2 hours to complete doors, shelves and drawers. Both boxes had a copy of the instructions which proved useful, I used one as reference for parts and the other as instructions. There are a lot of parts so best to lay them out, All wooden parts have number stickers on them, screws(etc) are in lettered bags. We had no missing parts and a few spares (yippee) The instructions initially appear daunting, but they are easy to follow if you stick to the sequence laid out and take a thorough look at the diagrams(which are small) to get all parts(dowels/screws) and orientation. It helps to have someone to hold bits when being screwed etc. In the past I have had some bad experiences with flat packed furniture, not this product it went together well, is solid, looks great and has exceeded my expectations. I have scored it 4 stars due to initial delivery issues which might be harse.

This looks great in my kitchen and perfect for those needing extra storage. I do not usually write reviews but my partner asked me to for this item. He said he has put together lots of flat packed furniture in the past and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Packaged really well, all pieces labelled and instructions very clear and easy to follow. Would recommend

For the money, this is a great product. Flat packed it took me a good couple of hours to assemble. One thing to remember is decide if you want the side towel rail fitted or not because if you change your mind later you cannot get to the back screws after assembly. There are also no 'blanking' plugs for the holes which even if you do fit the rail the other end needs them. Drawers and cupboards are a great asset as there is plenty of room for storage of anything. The wheels make it easily moveable and are not seen. They don't retract. All together a good quality product for the price and really looks good and matches the rest of the kitchen well. UPDATE: Since buying, I have removed the top complete and replaced it with a piece of oak worktop to match the rest of the kitchen. I got it precut about about 15 inches longer either end and it now doesn't drop down. Looks brilliant. Also makes it more stable although it was ok before.

A beautiful and very functional island. Pay attention to which side you really want to install the kitchen roll holder as it takes a good space. The finish on this product is brilliant. Stainless steel is beautiful, but a bit too easy to scratch. I recommend getting a glass or similar placed on top of it. Folding side bar what makes this unit.. We have our breakfast on this everyday and it is as strong as it was when we first got it. Cupboards and drawers are spacious and very well made. Wheels are quiet and works brilliant on our tiled kitchen, yet it gets stuck completely on soft carpet, so choose wisely. You can get around this by adding some spacer wood to the wheel base to keep it lifted more from the floor. I love our kitchen island and would highly recommend it.

I am very pleased with everything to do with my kitchen island. The quality is great as was the precision of all the connecting holes during construction and clear instructions. Very cleverly packaged and great care taken for it to arrive without damage.

Purchased this to use whilst our old kitchen is being ripped out and replaced. The assembly instructions are not the best and it took two of us about 6 hours to put together. But it was worth the effort, it looks really nice. It's reasonably sturdy although I'm not sure how long it would stand up to every day use. However, for the money paid and the purpose it was purchased for we are very pleased with it. I would consider buying other items from Sobuy. Update over 2 years on. We painted this the same colour as the new kitchen we had fitted and move it into our kitchen/lounge when we have guests over. It's still going strong and looking good and has stood up to a lot of use surprisingly well. So glad we bought it... and decided to keep it after the kitchen refit. Update to this review. Over 3 years later, this is still going strong. This island has been stood up to the same daily traffic as the rest of the kitchen. Still looks great.

Produit et vendeur sérieux, arrivé dans les délais en 2 colis (lourds), et très bien emballés. On voit bien que cet article a été l'objet d'une étude poussée à la conception ainsi qu'à l'emballage où chaque cm de vide dans les cartons est est occupé par de la mousse de polystyrène. Pour le montage, hormis le poids de certaines pièces (plateau du dessus entre autre...), en restant concentré, çà se fait bien, le plan de montage est clair, aucun texte d'explication cependant... Au final après montage, pas1mm de jeu, le tout est beau et robuste, le tout se déplace très facilement grâce aux roulettes invisibles. Si çà peut aider, choisir le coté du porte torchon latéral (G ou D) en début de montage, plus tard, il faudra tout "désosser" pour accéder aux 2 vis du support du fond pour changer de coté. En chipotant un peu pour les adeptes de la visseuse, attention à ne pas mettre trop de couple de vissage, certains panneaux sont en aggloméré sous la laque. Très satisfait de mon (bel) achat, je recommande (299.94€ le 27/07/2023).

Non so quanto sia facile da montare perché non me ne sono occupata io, però ho visto che mio marito ci ha messo circa 3 ore e, anche se deve ancora montare le portelle, non mi sembra tantissimo tempo. Invece io ho apprezzato molto la robustezza del mobile, che è veramente bello. Ci tengo a dirlo perché qua e là ho letto delle recensioni che dicevano che era poco robusto se non debole. Non è affatto vero. È robusto e stabile. Intendo utilizzarlo per allungare il muretto divisorio tra la cucina e la zona pranzo e living. Appena si entra in casa, c'è un grande salone di circa 80 mq in rettangolare, con divani e tavolo pranzo, tv ,stufa a legna , diviso da un muretto dalla zona cucina vera e propria. Nel tempo si sono accumulati molti elettrodomestici sul muretto, tipo microonde, impastatrice ecc. E mi serviva più spazio, anche per pentole e piatti vari. Trovo ottima la soluzione con le ruote, così da poterlo spostare secondo necessità. Speriamo bene per l'inox, che non è il mio preferito, magari meglio altro legno, in altra tonalità, come già fatto nella versione chiara. Nel complesso sono molto contenta della mia scelta.

Good quality! A bit unstable with wheels. Didn’t use them so then it was really stable. The transport/post was really bad. The parcel was damaged. Luck was on our side nothing was damaged inside.
