So awesome! I have been pleasantly surprised with the overall experience of the camera.I don't think you canget a better deal than this for the camera quality and features.Pros:-The set up was really easy and fast.It only took me 5 minutes to complete the setup-Video quality is great whether you are in daylight or nighttime-Fluent Two-Way Audio,I have used the two way talk/listen function several times and only noted a slight delay in audio transmission.-Motion detection work well too, it can successfully capture all the movements in your home.If you go out, you need to enable it in the app.-You can share your camera with other family members, so other family members can also keep an eye on things as well.-The customer support is outstanding. You will not find a better support that can assist you with any issues on the same day or even on the weekend..I would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking to get into the market for a reasonable price.

I was hesitant about purchasing this since the price was low, but I am surprised! The quality is decent with choices of SD or HD quality. Don't expect bank quality video as you'd be disappointed. In my opinion, it's nice for small apartments or one for each room in your home. The night vision is the best option for this unit. I set up motion detection for night time and it's sensitive enough to alert you via the app you download, or the alarm sound. I am pleased with this unit except for one thing. The wifi connectivity is terrible! I have tried over 20 times to get it connected via wifi. I gave up and plugged it in via ethernet to my router. That limited where I could put the camera. Aside from that, I would recommend this as a low-cost option for anyone that needs a camera for security of their home. Especially while you are away!

I realize the younger generation is more tech savvy than me, but the directions for this are confusing at best. I can't even find a user manual online for it. After getting it set up I placed it on a flat surface looking outside. Seemed okay while it was light out. After dark, the only thing I see is a very large blob of light. I assume this is the infrared bouncing off the window? Is this normal? Who do I ask?? Everything is in Chinese, even the phone number. If this is normal, it defeats the whole purpose for having it to monitor the yard from inside my house. I'll be returning since it's completely useless for me

My Mother has Dementia and we needed a way to keep an eye on her and it also helps during times when she needs to take her pills and fix lunch. I can see what she is doing and if she needs help I can talk to her through the camera and I can also hear what she is saying. It works just as well at night except it's all black and white at night. The android program works okay but I like the PC program much better because you don't have to wait for the camera to take the 15 pictures it uses to navigate the room. It's a great little camera for the money. If you need a baby monitor type camera this is the one for you. I highly recommend it.

My new NetWe camera is wonderful! Although I already have a very expensive outdoor camera system, I needed a good inexpensive camera indoors. I can tell you that the NetWe camera has fulfilled its obligation! It can rotate within the span of my cellar with good quality HD pictures and video’s in any light. Night vision is just as sharp. The cell phone app and pc software is simplified for those of us who are not tech savvy. I would definitely recommend this product for indoor use!!

I’m revising my previous review of 0 stars if it would let me. Late the night I got it I gave it one more shot and finally after over 20 attempts it finally connected and finally started working. It works fine, the video is a bit grainy and the app is a bit jerky when trying to move the camera. So I upgrade my review to 3 stars. Because what should have been a simple setup took sooooooo long.

This product arrive on time and was as expected. The directions for acquiring the software download for both our Android phone and Windows 10 PC laptop were simple, as were the directions for first use, setting up user account, etc. The seller is extremely efficient and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Once set up it is simple to use and produces a very sharp image. The voice feature works great as well and we are having a lot of fun seeing our pets' reaction to hearing our voices. It is very comforting to be able to check in on our pets when we are not home. We really love this little camera and highy recommend it. It is a super value for the price.

UPDATE: It’s been a few months, but the playback feature no longer works. Also it moves on its own and turns itself toward the wall so it’s no real help unless I remember to move it back before using it.Make sure you read the instructions during set up or you’ll end up struggling for 10 minutes like me lol.The camera works great, and set up is easy once you pay attention. Being able to control the camera from my phone, play back video, and listen/respond as well makes play time in the playroom much easier. Will be buying another one for my nursery.
