Purchased this item and arrived before estimated delivery date, came in three boxes. If you follow the directions, it’s an easy set-up process, which I did by myself and took approximately two hours. Kids absolutely love it and say it’s their best one yet.This is about the 5th trampoline that I’ve put together (the weather in AZ destroys trampolines quickly) so I’m a little bit of a professional at this point. That being said, following the directions will help you on the install.Three big takeaways:- Make sure when attaching springs to count out your starting points and match them up between the mat and rails.- When installing ladder (just hooks around the rail) make sure the zipper overlaps otherwise it won’t zip close (easily correctable after install).- The net that secures to the top of the basketball backboard will slip out of the screw very easily. There wasn’t a big enough washer to prevent this once the trampoline is used so make sure you buy/use a larger diameter washer to prevent this.

We love the trampoline and the basketball hoop, it is very fun. Unfortunately one of the pole sleeves on the net has already ripped exposing the pole and causing it to sag.Update, the company is kindly sending a replacement safety net. Great customer service!

Arrived very fast. Came in three boxes. Assembly was very easy, with two people at most times. Very sturdy trampoline and the kids love it. I’m glad I decided to purchase this. Well worth the money!

I bought this for my grandchildren. It easy to assemble. My daughter and I put it together in a few hours. It is very sturdy. We like that the weight limit is 375 lbs so adults can jump.

The assembly took about 4 hours. Most of it can be done alone but the metal ring should be connected with the help of another person. A rubber mallet is highly recommended to put the ring together. Other than that, pay attention to the vertical legs because they have a specific pattern in terms of the poles for the netting. The instructions are somewhat vague so look at trampoline pictures before assembly to make sense of the instructions.Kids seem to love it so far and the 15’ is massive! Tons of fun and best of all, it tires them out afterwards.
