I've been using this supplement as directed for 3½ years and my results have been wonderful. I had thick, heavy hair that grew quickly. As I reached menopause my hair began to thin noticeably and it didn't grow like it used to. My nails have always been thin and weak, and I had suffered for years from rosacea. About six months in to this supplement my hair and nails started to grow faster, and my rosacea symptoms began to lessen. My skin flushes were less often, less pronounced, and less painful. While I have not experienced hair re-growth, both hair and nails grow even more quickly, and my nails are much stronger than before. I actually have to cut my nails to keep them from getting too long! Hair loss seems to have stopped entirely. I take this product religiously, and as directed.Not having the extreme rosacea symptoms has been pretty miraculous for me. My skin would redden to the point of looking like your worst ever sunburn, it would itch and burn like crazy, and even swell somewhat. The symptoms would often last for weeks, even with using topical prescription meds. It was miserable and I HATED it. After taking HHS&N for several months, I noticed the symptoms were beginning to abate. I still have flare ups, and this isn't a cure, if course. But, the flare ups are much much less painful (thank-you Andrew!!) which is the best part, but the extreme redness, swelling, general irritation and heat are hugely lessened. The flare ups also occur much less often. Hallelujah! Even if this product did nothing for hair or nails, it's worth it just for that! The rest is just gravy, as far as I'm concerned.Take this for at least six months before deciding yes or no....it takes a while to see results. Take twice a day, as directed. And if you take more than you need, your body will just excrete it. It's expensive, so you may not want to flush it away...literally. I don't ever want to be without this supplement. I had tried a couple of drug store brands and had absolutely no results after 12 months. Brand seems to make a difference with this type of product.ETA: I've noticed several comments about price. I've used Andrew's Hair, skin and nails offand on for years. The only reason I have stopped in the past was my hair was getting too thick and my nails were growing faster than I wanted. After 2 hospital stays my hair began to fall out. I just knew that I needed to get back on the vitamins. Less fallout and skin is not as dry plus nails are growing. Try it, give yourself time and the results will surprise you. Best value for your money. Not all vitamins are created equal. Andrews are the real deal.

I took 2 pills a day for two months an the main thing i noticed was that i didnt have handfuls of hair shedding out in the shower anymore when i washed my hair! Didnt really see a difference in my nails or skin but i definitely appreciated keeping hair in my head! :)

This helped my thin splitting fingernails after taking it for a couple weeks.

Now some people don't like Biotin. It never bothered me. I had receding hair real bad. And my hair grew back and got thicker at 65 that's really something. Only drawback, if you stop taking it . Your hair starts falling out. Worth the money.

I started using this product probably 5 yrs ago when I noticed that my hair was starting to thin. I have noticed a big improvement in the thickness. My hair is not the thickness that it was in my 40's but absolutely much better than it was before using these supplements!
