Posture Corrector, Adjustable Front/Back Belt Breathable Straps, Posture Brace Help to Improve Posture for Men & Women (Back)

I have only used this in total for a solid week.This is not a comfy posture corrector, however if you can bear the comforts being bad then I am sure this would be a worthy posture correcter, but it purely depends on back shape - I felt like the velcro was too weak to hold my shoulders in place and have the time my shoulders would force the velcro to come loose and catch on a less supported section of the velcro.Although after a week of my back being supported, I could see clear signs of my back becoming more of a natural posture, but in terms of pain relief, I felt that my back was in more pain when the posture corrector was not on.Worthy of a buy if you feel your back would benifit from it.Would be nice to be in a white colour however, as this is seen through my work clothes.

I ordered the smallest size and it was too big for me. It’s kind of annoying that it doesn’t have a strap where I can adjust size.

Quality item but size is questionable, l am 38" waist and it only just fits, 33" to 44"??. Back brace is marked as L need XL if they do one

I often sit at the table all day, in order to prevent my hunchback from appearing, I put on a correction belt when I go to work, he really helps!

This is a miracle .Until now to try a series of similar waist belt .But this BEST !! Very convenient ! Sometimes I forget that I have wearing .Freedom of movement .My being greatly improved .Definitely worth a buy !! i am so happy .Thank you

I had issues with my lower back and needed support to help me move around so I bought this as it had good reviews but beware when you buy this make sure you measure around your belly and not your waist like me or it will be too small I had to buy a little piece of Velcro to get mine to fit but all is well and give good support to the lower back lots of adjustment and does not look to bulky.

My wife and I suffer from lower back pain and have been looking out for something to help support our lower backs. I saw this belt and thought it might help to ease some of our suffering.The item turned up quickly and came simply packaged in a bag and with no instructions. The belt is made very well, has good sticking and super strong Velcro patches for adjusting to your size. I’m a big chap and this belt only just went around my 38 inch waist but my wife is very much smaller a size 12 and it worked great for her.The belt has a main Velcro fastener to put on like a belt then has two additional Velcro elastic straps to give you that sucked in support. Once you have pulled these straps and secured by the Velcro this is when the belt is doing its job and the feeling you have is of strong support and even renew strength as the belt helps take some of the strain from either poor posture or damage.When I tried the belt on I could see the obvious support it provided and once I’ve lost some inches will be using it as and when I can. It’s not the sort of belt I would see you wearing out and about unless absolutely required but for home use and to help after long days of pain I’m sure it will offer great relief to back pain sufferers.The belt looks like it can be washed without a problem but I wish there was some small instructions for use, position how long to wear etc. as that would have been helpful. Overall a good belt which does provide a lot of support but for the price and without the instructions for correct usage I’m going to give it 4 stars.I was lucky enough to get these discounted for the chance to review and have based my review on the point-of-sale price which I think is worth it but shame about the lack of guidance for use.
