Travel light
Great bag. Seems well made and is easy to fit in the overhead bin as a carry on.. The shoulder strap allowing you to carry it like a duffle bag is great because it allows you to wear a travel backpack at the same time.

Great for travel
Went 10 days to Nicargua with this as only luggage. Holds a lot, comfortable in travel and love that open up like a suitcase

Love it
I love my new backpack. It has so many compartments and the materials seem to be strong and durable. It is really confortable to use however the hip belt is not that useful. The only thing missing is a little hole for a cellphone charger. Recommended 100%

wonderful customer service
Wonderful backpack, very functional for the first trip I used it on.Had a problem with a backpack part that went missing during first TSA inspection, the male connector of the lower spine belt. Using customer feedback, I was supplied a replacement within a week.I enjoyed having places for my stuff to go.One caution--the lower spine belt is designed to be easily removed when the backpack is used as a bag that can be carried by one hand. I am using rubber bands to keep the two parts attached so they will be harder to come off..

very decent personal item bag for budget airlines
i took this for a 2 week, 4 flight trip on a budget european airline and it worked! pro tip: use the shoulder strap to wrap around the outside of the bag to compress it a bit more before you board your flight. i like the sleek design, LOTS of handy pockets, the waist strap, and i especially like the rubber bottom as you often have to set it down in an airport bathroom floor while traveling. my main issue is that the straps do not stay tight and come loose all the time. also the compression straps inside are pretty useless. but again, for this price that’s probably to be expected. all in all, i’m glad i have this bag in my travel arsenal, especially when i can only bring a personal item.

Performed perfectly
Just did several weeks of traveling and this bag was perfect. Big enough for about 7 days worth of clothes. Also, it fit great as carry-on on multiple airlines. Solid travel bag.

parfait! sauf bretelles un peu trop raides
Il vient d'arriver donc pas encore testé sur la durabilité, je reviendrai après utilisationMais à première vue: wow!!-Identique aux photos-semble bien cousu avec coutures en X-vraiment trèèès grand mais comme il est quand même mou, si je ne le remplis pas je pense que ca se tiendra moins bien car pas de possibilité de le rapetisser-Je cherchais un sac pour mettre mon portable 17 pouces, mon stock de caméras (photographe professionnelle) et des vêtements car je me déplace souvent plusieurs jours à l'extérieur en auto et parfois en avion-L'espace pour l'ordinateur est directement sur le dos contrairement à certaines photos du produit (j'ai le 48 litres donc possiblement le 38 litres est différent)-Il pourrait être plus épais pour la protection ordi mais quand même très acceptable-J'aurais aimé que la poche dans le dos qui permet de l'installer sur une valise roulante soit fermable des 2 cotés pour mettre passeport avec acces rapide comme ils le suggèrent mais seul un coté a un zipper...bizarre..-Le seul truc qui je pense va être un petit-moyen possible désagrément c'est le haut des bretelles qui est trop serré (je suis une femme 5.7 -215 livres donc si j'étais plus petite ca ne serait peut etre pas un soucis)mais ca me serre dans le couje pense que de toute facon un fois la valise remplie, elle sera lourde a porter sur le dosdonc contente d'avoir l'option bandoulière-le bas du sac a un fond extérieur en matériel plus résistant et surement waterproof donc on peut le déposer debout sans crainte-ma bouteille d'eau de 1.5 litres rentre parfaitement dans la poche de coté et ce meme en hauteur ce qui est toujours un soucis sur les sacs a dos et elle tombait tout le temps donc good job enfin!J'ai passé des heures sur Amazon pour trouver LE sac parfait pour moi et je pense que je l'ai trouvé!!en plus pour un prix plus que raisonnable en bas de 100$Je m'en vais le remplir de ce pas pour mon prochain déplacement demain :)Je reviendrai commenter après utilisation!

Lacks padding for laptop
Laptop area could use a bit more padding otherwise great product!

Looks good but heavy at 1.78 kg (3.9 lbs)
The bag looks roomy and well made but the weight is not as the seller answered to someone else (1.3 kg). The weight is 1.78 kg (3.9 lbs). I have an old spinner carry-on (Samsonite Short-lite that is 40 L and 1.6 kg. I need a backpack that is lighter than my spinner. And I have a 38 L MEC backpack that is .57 kg, it's just a bit too small and does not have a hip strap. I was really looking for a backpack over 43 liters and under 1.35 kg. Unfortunately, it is not this bag. European and Asian airlines have weight limits of 7 kg max for carry-on. I need my bag to be really light.
