Lumpy and not the best quality, but it works for occasional use
It does the job but it is lumpy and some of the stitching is loose. I only use it for yoga or stretching my back so it's not such a big deal, but I would expect better quality for the price I paid. Before purchasing I read reviews on multiple bolsters that indicated that there was an odor, but this one did not have any odors.
