After sales service
Plasma cutter delivered on time...connected as instructions....will not work...air pressure ok...power ok...needing it urgently..please advise ASAP.....regards Norman

Faulty out of the box
This appears to be faulty out the box and i'm in the process of returning it.No 13 amp fuse, its just a piece of wire soldered between the fuse contacts.Main air hose from water trap in to the machine burst way below the operating pressure of the machine (Approx 30 psi.) I replaced that with a correctly rate piece of air hose.Once this was done i was able get the machine up to its operating pressure of 60psi, pressure regulator on top of water trap unreliable, regulated pressure on the output line of the compressor to maintain working pressure.Unit will not power on despite having the air gauge on the front reading within the correct range.There is a single A4 page that passes for instructions. Not worth the piece of paper its printed on. I've used plasma cutters before so this wasn't a problem but for someone that hasn't it could prove to be dangerous if not fatal.Yes, if you don't know what your doing then perhaps you shouldn't be buying a plasma cutter. Sensible advice but how many people learn by doing and watching YouTube videos these days.......

Cuts
Works well cuts good. Air line and regulator that comes with are very cheap. Air house clamps that come with it are useless Also when the regulator is fitted the bottom of it comes thurther down then the machine.

Unsafe
This arrived as described double boxed all in order till I checked the fuse in the plug only to find there was no fuse instead there was a piece of copper pipe glued where the fuse should of been
