Eco Styler Firm Hold Gel (Pink) Size: 5lb

This is my second time ordering this gel on line because it's hard to find in my local beauty supply stores. I like it much better than theolive and the argon because it doesn't build up as fast and helps along with my leave in to keep my hair moisturized. I use it with my Tresemme underneath. Sometimes I use oil but I don't really need it when I use this. What I like too is that in my midweek refresher, I can get away with rinsing my hair instead of using a cowash. I apply a spritz leave in then the gel again. Works great. Love it.

Good strong hold.

My daughter has very thick long curly hair and loves it to define her curls. Good scent, no flakes, and hair feels soft. She typically uses a lot of product and this is a great value for the money. It should last for a long time.

I was surprised to see the container was opened. It was not sealed properly at all. I have ordered this product numerous of itme. I have no never had a problem till now. I'm a little upset because i pay for shipping then i paid for it to get here fast. I had to scoop out the gel from the box to save it.

I was very disappointed with this styling Gel. It does not hold up. It was a waste of my money.

I was sent the wrong gel. I got the curl and wave instead of the firm hold gel. It smells nice but doesn't hold well.

I like this gel because my go-to gel of 25 years got discontinued and this gel tames my frizz and doesn’t make my curls stringy or wet looking—as almost 99% of gels do. The bad news is it only holds for about 3 hours. I do dry my hair with a diffuser so I do my best to under dry it enough that the gel holds better but I have to dry it enough as to not look like a wet dog. A fine line. Haha. I mix this with a little of the eco styler yellow gel that has too much of a hold on its own to create a better hold for this get. I’m sure most anyone with curly/unruly hair knows, it’s always a science experiment trying to get the right combo.

This gel works great. It is not sticky and does not make my hair crunchy. It is very lightweight with a good amount of hold to keep my curls nicely formed. I apply a few teaspoons of gel to wet hair, scrunch, and diffuse or air dry. This gel also works well if I apply to wet hair, wrap my hair in a T shirt, and allow to dry over night.This gel is very light, and it doesn't feel like I have product in my hair. There is little to no gel cast when my hair dries, even if I use a large amount of gel. I have noticed that adding water later does not seem to "reactivate" the gel, but I can add more gel without weighing my hair down.For the past few weeks I have used this gel exclusively (with no other styling products) so I could determine how effective this gel is on its own. I am very happy with this product, and plan to continue using it without the need to add any other styling products for my natural wavy/curly hair. It was a great deal and this 2 litres of gel will last me a long time. I recommend Eco Styler Firm Hold Gel for wavy/curly hair.
