out of the box, remote control did not work, tried 4 sets of batteries too. additionally tried a usb app keyboard and the device did not respond at all. very disappointed. emailed keedox and they were not helpful.

THE BAD: This player is not for the Android uninitiated. Most major apps at the Google play store will not install directly. Prepare to learn how to download and install .APK files from a thumb drive. You have to install XBMC Launcher to use the XBMC player as the media player dashboard (you could try SBMC player also). 5Ghz wireless is not enabled for Amazon versions!!! KeeDox support told me this by e-mail and is supposed to change the specs on Amazon. 2.4Ghz WiFi is capped at 65 Mbps, just enough for 1080p streaming video. Also HDMI 1.4b does not have enough bandwidth for real 4K video. THE GOOD: 1080p playback is very good via XBMC, Netflix video looks as good as on a Samsung Blu-Ray player, all the keys on an IO-Gear mini WiFi keyboard were recognized, HDMI pass-through sound works and is nice, it got 29300 Antutu score, and the Chrome browser on TV was a treat! BUT: I returned it for lack of 5Ghz WiFi then purchased a Tronsmart Orion R28 instead. It's faster (37600 Antutu), and a little more $$, but includes Gigabit LAN for home and 802.11ac/n when I take it to a friends house.

good things come in small packages,in the short time I had this,I was very pleased.I only wish they followed through with a more updated current android browser in the A53 range with Lollipop or higher

main issue is that some apps are not available on the app store for this device. love the simple UI and ability to connect mobile devices to it miracast and apple. Power Cord is way too short! Added Wireless keyboard with trackball and it's a charm. the lights are kind of annoying at night too bright had to unplug it when sleeping,.

Bought for Netflix 4k and it did not have the app, would not let me download it or watch in the browser so I returned it.

It's fast when it is connect to wired internet but the wifi side of this product is quiet week it does not penetrate more on walls. When using youtube it buffers most of the time compared to my WD media player. But generally speaking it is fast. The only thing I cant do is i can't download the remote app google remote on this country I am right now. It is not available in iTunes in UAE.

Great android tv box and reasonale price comparing to the other boxes. With 16g memory the others cost more thsn $100 but this one less than $90.

will not recommend this product to anybody. Very disappointing. Thanks to Amazon I returned it the next day without any hassle.
