RPM Big Block 240 CAPS

This stuff works every time to deliver the pump and energy i crave. Although it does have caffeine, it is at least caffeine anhydrous which is a more clean beaning sort of caffeine. Seems to have a built in post workout sort of...since it is supposedly a "Phytochemical Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator". Whether that part of it works or not is hard to completely deduce.But...i have tried just about every major (and some minor) pre-workouts on the market and this one is definitively one of the better ones...heres some words of caution to help plan things accordingly:Make for sure you take this on an empty stomach. If you don't, the effects will be diminished by a good lot. Also...start out at the minimum dose for your weight. This will give your body time to adjust. Drink PLENTY of water when you take it. I weigh 215 and take 4 pills with 16 oz of water. Expect acid re-flux if u just take enough to get them down your throat. Finally...don't listen to the bottle about taking it "1 hour pre-workout". I can feel and see this stuff kicking in after 20 minutes. But i guess it will vary by person.

Notices no extra energy or change in muscle tone. Not worth the money.

Aside from the first time I tried this, which was also stacked with Drive, I really didn't feel a whole lot. I also used Neovar and I didn't have any sort of crash from this product that's for sure. If you're looking for some real energy, this probably isn't what you want. Is, however, NCAA, MLB, NBA approved.

Not a Great pre-workout. Lacks the "umph" of real preworkouts. Comparable to a cup of coffee. Concentration effects are for real though. RPM is now my pre-class weapon of choice.

I've been an avid weightlifter/bodybuilder for many years so I have taken many different supplements, pre workout, etc.! I started using RPM shortly after it was released on the market for purchase and have continued taking it. I am really impressed with the effects it has on my workouts as it allows me to go into the gym with complete focus and concentration while also boosting my energy level without any jitter that occurs with many other stimulants/supplements. With RPM I am able to produce a super workout instead of just a workout being that I feel like an animal in the gym! The Nitric Oxide effect is definitely noticeable as I can see a massive pump during and after a workout. I have also noticed when I am taking RPM I tend to look leaner and the way my clothes fit confirms this. Overall a great supplement and Amazon has the best price so far!

I have been taking these supplements for awhile combined with DRIVE I am currently not taking them but when I was I noticed a big difference in the gym and outside of the gym I noticed an increase in muscle growth. I noticed that my testosterone was also getting higher and always feeling energized and motivated. These supplements are definitely worth it and actually help APPNUT has the best stuff on the market. Thank you Applied Nutriceuticals I'm a customer for life. Osteo-Sport is another good product especially if you have joint problems or had joint or tendon surgeries in the past which I have and they make a big difference. When I am taking Osteo-sport I don't have any problems with my knee feels stronger and it helps rebuild and strengthen the tendons and tissues.

I have not been training much but the times I've used it, I felt a tremendous power and energy.

I bought it for a friend and he's very happy. I think it's the shiny red color that really sets the product apart.
