Q: I would like to get another pvc film for the other side of the map. can i purchase an additional film?

Extra films will be available for purchase in the future. We’ll be launching it in about a month or two.

Q: Order this and noticed that it only came with 2 metal clips and the plastic was miscut an inch over on length. Is this normal?

Same. I emailed them and asked for more clips and they said 2 was standard, but they did mail me 2 more for free. That said the plastic being off was to be expected as well

Q: Does this board have problems staying flat?

Not at all. The neoprene mat is like a mouse pad and with the clips the clear plastic piece stays put! Love this thing 👍🏻
