I take two capsules once a day, after dinner with a glass of water. It takes a couple of weeks of constant use for tour body to regulate but once you’re on the regime it works really well! I feel clean after a bowel movement on most days

I moved onto these after seeing them as an alternative to the more expensive PFM. It took me a about a week or so to find the right dose for me- I take 3 tablets at lunch and 3 at dinner.I suffer a lot with gastric issues anyway and have done for about 15yrs. These have been a life saver for me. Yes they make the 'cleaning' process considerably easier (a 30min job instead of 90min before!). I wouldn't exactly say that they've had the effect of a wipe free finish for me as some have reported, but based on where I started its an 80% improvement, no more rushing to the toilet and things are a lot more 'formed'Even if you're not wanting these to help with 'being ready' I cannot recommend them enough for controlling bloating, feeling more comfortable with digestion and being more regular (controlled for me). I've personally found that these work better than the more expensive American competitor and they've become a crucial part of my daily routine to help me feel more comfortable- and my confidence between the sheets has been so much better since taking these.They will definitely be a life-long order so long as they don't go up in price.I've tried so many soluble fibre supplements but these are easy and seem to be the right blend of things to make it work well.I'll give it a 5/5 the day I get the clean break if you know what I mean, but my quality of life has improved a lot since using these- thanks Take two!

I find i have to drink a lot of water with them when I am taking them to get the full effect later in the day but deffo worth it! Dependent on diet depends on whether you are 'ready' all the time but makes it all a lot easier!

I have purchased these capsules many times before and have been happy with them. However the last order I received in early August were a different colour to any I have had from you before...they were much lighter in colour and to be honest don’t seem to work as well as the ones I have previously received from you. Your delivery times and service is excellent as is the product usually. Maybe I received a bad batch. I have been extremely happy with past orders but my last one was disappointing....there was a strange green sticker with a bar bar code on the bottle too Which has never been on previous orders..

It took me probably a week or two to get used to it but now it works great as part of my daily routine and at a great price!

Pretty much the same results as - ahem - other leading competitor brands....The only difference I might say is that (my own personal biology) is probably better with one of these a day instead of two. Which is no bad thing as they then last twice as long!Give them a go and give yourself a fighting chance at worry-free morning sex the day after!

Take Two?! You’ll see from the other reviews it takes a lot more than two to be effective. Two did nothing, increased to four with the evening meal and the overall result by the end of the bottle was I’d gained half a stone, suffered persistent bleeding from piles and, somewhat obviously, considerably less ‘confident’!Am back to normal weight and no piles having thrown the empty bottle away and put the whole idea out of my mind.Avoid!

Great product and equally effective as the more popular brands. However, the recent price increase due to popularity is a very unfair strategy and it will discourage returning customers.
