but this patch says everything that needs to be said to strangers on the bus, which is why I wear it on my backpack.

The absolutely only problem with this is it cant smack somones hand when they choose not to listen/read... So it isn't idiot proof but it's a great patch. Well made stitching is good and it's been worn alot! By a young energetic service dog lol. Bright colors good velcro and clean plain text the only issue I've had is I can't force ppl to read it and that isn't the Patches fault at all. Great product!

I've found that many people understand not to pet or touch a service dog. However, many more people will talk to my dog and there's the problem. If he's ignored he will ignore. Make eye contact and talk to him and he eats it up. He'll get distracted. This patch can say what I am reluctant too. No, touching, no talking and no eye contact! I plan on getting another one.

I like the STOP sign before the wording, myself never thought of it as a Warning-however I find more individuals need be educated about not distracting Working Dogs and I wish the patch came in a larger size, so my Service Dog's Harness or Vest would be easier seen. If the Service Dog is allowed do their work it's much easier for partner to be able be free from interruptions and not have answer questions repeatedly.

Smaller than I thought it would be, but seems like fewer people are trying to pet my service dog now that I've added a stop sign patch to her vest. Still boggles my mind that people think it's ok to go up to a strange dog, a big strange dog, and start petting without asking!

I ordered this item (comes as 1 set of 2 with velcro on the backside). Very happy with the patches! The color has no fading. Durable, easy to read stitching. Size is just right.My dog isn’t a service dog but he is extremely anxious/fearful of strangers. We’ve been working with trainers in public with him and these seem to help. The text is literally what we tell new people who come into our house (watched an episode of Caesar 911 that did this and implemented it ourselves) and it makes all the difference for him. He makes new friends so much better when he can approach them on his terms (and often with a toy!)Service dog or not, no one should EVER approach and address a strange dog without permission first. If the patch doesn’t stop them, I will. I’m just glad that this does the talking for me now in public.

So my service dog is a cute little white Bichon Maltese mix! Ahhhh!! Everyone who sees him wants to touch him and disrupt his concern for his mommy and my siezures! He's little and too cute for a job he self taught but when he wears his vest , as long as he is not laying on my wheelchair on his back you can't help but see the patch!! My problem is not that patch it does work but I live at an ALF! Lots of ppl here read it then try and touch him. But they are learning that's NOT SMART,! Sammy will protect his mommy when he's working! He barks his little head off scares them half to pieces 😂 then they know THEY ARE NOT TO TOUCH TALK OR EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT!! I've got to sew it on his vest he's a XXS LOL 😂😋 SOOO. Gotta get someone who can see to sew such a tiny dog vest the patch is great!

This patch looks great on my SDiT vest. Prior to having it, I also had patches that said “WORKING DOG, do not pet” but people kept annoying and distracting him with kissy noises and other stuff like that. I think that the stop sign, along with the wording, is quite clear for most people (you’ll always get some people who completely ignore the vest no matter what you do). For my patch, I had to buy some sticky Velcro stuff at an office supply store to stick onto the vest so that the hook side that is already on the patch would stick onto it. It looks great, is high quality, and my dog seems to like it, too. The price is also great and the shipping speed was awesome!

Dog: I’m really shy. But being one of the most gorgeous German Shepherds ever bred, scary humans always want to pet me, and talk about me. I don’t like it and I wish they would ignore me. This helps! Because of my breed they probably think I bite but that’s ok because at least they leave me alone now!Human: People dont walk up to one another and start touching them just because their pretty (unless they want to end up in jail), so I don’t know why they think it’s ok to reach for my dog. People are dumb, but this badge helps.

I purchased this patch for my jacket since I have a rescue dog who has some trauma and she tends to be mean/roll around in the mud a lot, so I attached the warning to myself. I mostly use body language and warnings with my dog, but people tend to think she is a service animal based on the harnesses I have to use for her. I have a "CAUTION" leash, and other warnings, but body language is our main defense. A good patch to have in addition to the other methods I use to control my dog while out on after-midnight walks.In any case, if my dog was a service animal, I would expect people to stay away because it is against convention to bother working animals.The velcro was easy to take off for my purposes, and I am satisfied with the quality.

This patch is very small. People can’t even see it at a distance. The quality is good and for a small dog it works well, but got my 50 lbs girl, this one isn’t even Seeable on her vest. Overall it’s good quality but not for us.

I love this product. Great price for exactly what I was looking for. Looks great on my vest for my dog!Good stick strength with the velcro and comes with back piece if you want to store without it sticking to things.
