Sugarless Plain Gum - 5-Pack

This gum is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. I wish I had found it years ago! When I quit smoking, I did so using nicotine gum. I know it's weird, but I actually LIKE the original flavor of the nicotine gum - primarily because it isn't sweet. I'm not a fan of ANYTHING which is very sweet. I have tried literally for years so many different sorts of "normal" gum - and even sugar-free is so overloaded with artificial sweeteners that after chewing it a couple minutes I would have to spit it out as the cloying sweetness and artificial flavor overload gagged me.So - I resigned myself to buying the lowest strength nicotine gum. Finally I got the idea to look on Amazon for something that might suit me (yeah,, I know, derp - but better late than never eh?) and I found Falim. I will say it is most likely not like anything else you have tried (particularly if you're in the U.S.). Consequently it's a bit difficult to describe. Regarding the texture, it does have a bit firmer texture that "regular" gum - but I very much like this. It isn't "squishy" - it has more "body" to it which I find pleasing and conducive to chewing in a slower more relaxed way than the gum-snapping, cud-chewing sort of "Jersey chomp" a lot of us tend to think of when we think of habitual gum chewers.As far as the flavor, this plain sort is the only one I've tried so far (though I think I'm going to check out some of the others as well, so long as they are unsweetened). The flavor is a very subtle herbal sort of taste - vaguely reminiscent (to me anyway) of parsley. Now, I have no doubt that how one perceives the taste is probably very subjective since the ability to taste and smell (or not) certain things is genetic (the almond scent of cyanide, for example). Therefore, although I can tell you I love it you really would have to try it yourself and see if it suits you. I WILL say that IF you are looking for something very different and are not a fan of sweets, it is definitely worth a try. Or, if you are looking for a substitute for the nicotine gum, this is a winner (It was actually a review that mentioned that which got me to take a chance on it, so whoever you are thank you lol!!)Some people seem to feel it is too expensive - personally I'm not a bit put off by the price since it's barely a fraction of the nicotine sort, without the nicotine I don't need or want! So as Forrest Gump would say. "That's all I have to say about that."

I was really excited to find gum without sugar/carbs but it’s super tough to chew and the flavor is indescribable although you get used to it.

I thought this was going to be just like after you chew gum with sugar and it just becomes tasteless, which I like. But this was far from tasteless..it was revolting!!! had to throw it away so it wouldn't offend my dogs!

it kind of tastes like a pickle but it got here fast and was pleased with seller. I still chew it, anyhow. I break the pieces in half to 1 have more OF it and 2 the gum is THICK so it helps to have the half.

Love the naturalness of this gum. Tastes like a tree, but that's because of what its made from. Enjoyable to chew, tough but not hard.

Tastes a little like pine. Not overwhelming, and the taste weakens over time. EXTREMELY hard initially, but once you get it going, it's a satisfying firm chew for countless hours!

This is awful gum. It tastes like petroleum - after taste. Very hard to chew. I threw it out. Will not order again.Personal preference.

I only have good reports on this product and it's seller. It arrived within my chosen shipping option, and the product was as described.As far as chewing Falim gum, I love it. I have lots of food aversions that come and go because of an illness. When I am having this issue, Falim gum is the only thing I can chew that doesn't make me gag or vomit.The gum's texture is EXTRA tough and bland; great for relieving the stress and anxiety caused by vertigo and aversions (by taste and smell).Right now I am having this issue, so I came to Amazon to reorder from the same supplier. I can't wait for it to arrive, it'll one of the few things that help to make me more comfortable.
