Spinach Leaf Extract 20:1 750 mg 60 Veg Caps

I have eaten spinach for decades to help maintain my gum health (they are subject to inflammation), but decided to get these capsules to supplement my diet when I don't feel like eating spinach, or when it isn't available or practical (such as when traveling).These capsules seem to work great. When I skip the spinach, taking one or two of these spinach extract capsules a day keeps my gums pink and healthy. I am very happy with this product.

Does nothing, no noticeable difference when Im taking this or not taking it

So I tried this for appetite control & it actually increased my appetite! I gave it three days but, each day I felt more hungry than usual. Maybe it's something I'm taking with it that's causing the increased appetite. I do take a lot of other supplements. Bottomline I had to stop taking it & return it! Bummer! I was looking forward to this helping me lose a few lbs!

The ONLY reason this only got a three is because it caused an allergic reaction in my system. The customer service people were great, authorized a return and credited my account quickly. My review does in no way reflect how well the product works.

Definitely helps curb appetite. I have lost 12lb in 4 months and 2 inches off waist. Used only one pill per day as I am not looking for drastic weight loss. Does not cause jitters or any other noticeable side affects.

It's not working for me. It's supposed to satiate your appetite. Maybe for someone else, but not for me.

溶けない チラ✖✖ は、飲めなくはないが、カプセルの方が良いかなと購入してみた。速攻効果は無い。継続しなければ わからないのかも。カプセルが 独特の臭い。口に入れたら 即行で飲まないと 魚クサイ感じ。ベジタリアン仕様だから そんなことはないと思うけど。

とくに、何があったわけではありませんがもっと続けてみたらいいのかと思い、期待を込めて4星です。

効くと思って、飲み続けていますので、結果はもう少し先ですねぇ❗
