SCHWALBE CX Comp 700x30C Performance Black Tyre 2016

These are a little on the heavy side and it will knock 2-3mph off your average speed but they are the perfect winter tyre. Nice an grippy and at 30mm they'll just about fit any road bike. I'm currently running these on a fixed gear bike and I notice the extra weight, but hey, it'll strengthen my legs and come spring when I take these tyres off and put nice light slick tyres on I'll feel super quick!So overall: heavy but perfect winter tyres at a low price, highly recommend these.

These are my go-to tyres.They fit my cyclo cross bike and have clearance of the mudguards.They are surprisingly good off road for such a thin tyre. Good for grass & gravel. (And quite entertaining in fresh snow, but we don't get much of that)They cope with mud, but like any tyre this width, are poor in sandy conditions.Puncture resistance is fine for their weight, but not 100%I buy about once a year, putting the new tyre on the rear & rotating the other to the front.

So far this tyre has proved to be a reliable ,low cost replacement for a Sammy Slick which is more prone to punctures.

Rubbish. Lasted barely a few months before wearing through in several places. Only used for commuting to work twice a week for short journey.

Good value tyre, but tread does not last long.

I had them for around 7 months now without any punctures. Ridding almost every day to work and shops. I'm using them on my Dawes 300 which has just enough space on fork to put them on. Obviously they are slower than my previous tyres schwalbe lugano 23 mm but you get better grip, more comfortable ride and peace of mind.Update: 17 months without puncture.

These tires are awesome... I bought them specifically to do some light offroad riding with my road specific bike. They have just enough clearance between the stays and forks that they work excellent for this purpose... and just like all my previous Shwalbe tire purchases, they wear and perform well.

Verwende den Reifen auf einem "Tourenrad" auf Straße und Waldwegen. Auf der Straße ein schmaler (39) und damit recht schneller Reifen. Auch im Gelände guter Grip. Leider hatte ich bis jetzt mit neuen ! Schläuchen schon drei mal flicken müssen. Jeweils kleine nadelstichartige Löcher an der Reifen-/Schauchflanke. Diese "Probleme" traten bei den Vorgängerreifen, die ich auf derselben Strecke bewegte noch nie auf. Daher ein Stern Abwertung.

The 30c versions of these are perfect for "all road", gravel, or straight up road riding. I was worried they would be hard to push if I just wanted to stick to road, but that isn't the case. They roll really well, but are still wide enough and with a good enough tread on the shoulders to handle gravel. They obviously will slide out a little easier than full on CX 35-40c wide tires, but not bad at all. I haven't had any freaky slide out moments. These are awesome for the money.
