Conimex Sambal Oelek (Hot Chilli Paste) (11 oz)

This is a delicious condiment that really adds a lot of flavor and character to any meal without being overpowering or too hot! I grew up eating this stuff and it is a necessity in our house. It's made of quality products and compliments any food! It's got a delicious bit of heat with some onion and brown sugar added to it and much better than your store brand sriracha sauce. No problem with delivery and came sealed and wrapped in the box with no issues. I highly recommend this condiment for any household!

It has a lot of flavor.

I used this sauce on broiled shrimp. It was fabulous! It's spice but has a wonderful depth of flavor. I served it with pickled carrots, fresh cucumbers, rice, cilantro, and some crushed peanuts. And a slice of lime. I will be buying this again! I highly recommend this!!!!

This adds flavor that all people from especially Asia and from Mexico and all the others with adventurous spirits will really appreciate....

This is one of the few Badjaks that still uses shrimp paste. That's the umami.

Great product. Price seems high. My friend got them by the case for about $3US/jar.

Just what I wanted, except very salty. Which precludes some uses.

Great Product, using it for years! Our family always bought this product at a local Asian grocer. Then for some reason they no longer sold the item. So we looked on Amazon and low and behold they offer the product for sale. So catastrophe avoided due to Amazon availability.

I dislike the price!I use it any time a recipe needs a bit of heat. The heat it adds is not harsh at all.

Taste is everything.Light spread with cheese, crackers and olives.

Adds an extra kick to Nasi Goreng, and other spicy dishes. More flavourful and not as hot as some.
