KAYSCASE Slim Hard Shell Cover Case for the new HTC One (M7) Smart Phone (Black)

So i had bought this case to basically give my HTC One that "nude" feeling. It doesn't add too much bulk and I bought the black version which has this nice matte/rubbery finish to it which is nice! So far I'm not seeing any fingerprints. It's only been a few hours and I must admit it's great overall.It has a very slim profile, it's sleek, and doesn't take away that much of the HTC One's beautiful design.The top/bottom is fully exposed which is a bit of so-so for me because I don't know how prone the HTC One is to scratches but I also don't want to bump the top or bottom of my phone in a corner and have a dent.. But you take chances when using this case.The right side of the case where the volume buttons are are exposed.. Not too much a big deal for me since the rest is protected.Overall I really do like the case, i think it's best bang for the buck "SCRATCH" protection case. It's definitely not drop proof. You're not getting a huge lay on the table design. It covers enough of the chamfer edges of this phone where it's good enough. Especially for the price you're paying for. Definitely worth it.Will get the clear version of this case a try too, as I heard it looks great on the Black HTC One, only concern is it MAY be slippery or something in those lines..EDIT (Bought the clear case as well)I had bought the clear case too just to show off the Black HTC One. I'm amazed by their customer service and quality. I had received a faulty one (clear) because it wasn't fitting right and there was creaking and Kay's Technology replied back to my email within 24 hours and sent me a new case with a handy screen protector just for the HTC ONE! Now that's what I call a customer service. I received the new product within 48 hours and man was it great! Definitely gonna buy from them again in the future. So far the case holds up well just like the black one. Although you will see some scratches eventually show up in a few days or week depending on how rough you are with your phone, but that's completely normal i believe. Since there's no way to not have a plastic shell to not be scratched.. For this price you just can't beat it. Also i actually prefer the finish of this clear (glossy) case than the black (matte) sometimes because it's more "grippy" and doesn't slip out of my hands when my hands are just a tad bit oily. Plus no fingerprints/rainbow effect as well! :)Hope this review finds you well.

I normally don't write many reviews, but am really happy with this case. I'm generally a no-case kind of guy because I hate the bulk and feel of cases. In looking for a case, my criteria in order of importance was:1) Minimal bulk (This case is about as 'barely there' as you can get without going for one of the adhesive skin type solutions.)2) Attractive design (Very happy with the minimalist design. I especially like the black case on my silver HTC One.)3) No TPU (I hate the plasticky feel of the soft TPU stuff. This case doesn't have any of that sticky feel, nor does it pick up lint from your pocket.)4) Enhanced grip (The HTC One's aluminum body is really slippery, this case definitely improves grip)5) Light protection. (If there is one fault to this case, it might be that this being a very thin case, you don't get a ton of protection from a drop or fall. Still, the case and the outer lips do rise a tiny bit above the HTC One edges, so it provides protection for both the screen and camera when laid face down. It also makes it so that I can toss my phone on top of my aluminum ultrabook or granite countertop without being worried about scratches.Bottom line is, for $10 shipped you really can't go wrong. This case was not only a good value, but exactly what I was looking for at any price.

i've had this case for a little over a year. i like it, but i'm in need of a new one and will not be purchasing the same one again.pros:- very slim fit that adds almost nothing to the size of the phone- smooth rubberized feel that is just the right amount of slick- lasted a decent amount of time for the pricecons:- there is a gap over the volume buttons on the top, which makes it very weak; the sides of mine are cracking along the back at this point- does not give a great amount of protection; if you are like me and very easy on your phone and don't drop it or scratch it much, then it's okay, but any further wear and tear would be too much for the case to handleoverall: this is a good product for someone who doesn't throw her phone around a lot, but don't expect this to be the last case you'll ever need.

I generally dislike phone cases because they usually make the phone large, uncomfortable, and ugly. However, I do like to keep a slim case around in case I travel or workout. The KaysCase seemed to offer the scratch protection I was after while being subtle and unobtrusive. Overall I am satisfied with the case. It is slim, tight fitting, easy to remove leaves all ports/buttons open, and has a nice matte black finish. My only complaint it that the matte finish attractions grease and smudges from your fingers. I think that is just the nature of the matte finish and not a fault of the case. BTW, if you think the KaysCase logo at the bottom of the case ruins the looks, gently scratch if off with your fingernails. If you're in the market for a slim, subtle case for your HTC One then give the KaysCase a try.

This is a great minimalist case. It compares similarly to the "Bear Motion" cases in terms of size and thickness.Pros: Very thin, well built, and all the cut outs are perfect. I also like that the entire left side of the case is solid and covers the sim port (Other cases have a sim cut-out, but this makes the top left corner of the case very weak).Cons: The case coating is a suede/mat finish that has a slightly slippery feel to it. Something more grippy would have been better (The bear motion case excels in this department).
