Worst Response by customer care
This mobile all of sudden switched off, and unable to switch it on, contacted customer care 7 times, pick up person came 7 times, not taken the mobile on the ground the mobile is in switch off mode. Though we stated the actual problem (mobile is in switch off) to customer care all times, and requested them to tell the pickup up person the mobile is not switching on, and ordee him take the mobile. But the customer care executives are failed to instruct the pickup up person, even the mobile is not switching on, and ordee him take the mobile.
