I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and have to take a very high dose of antihistamines, which can have a deleterious effect on focus and memory. This product improves my allergy symptoms so that I don't have to take so high a dose of antihistamines, and also seems to directly improve focus on its own as well - even if I take the same dose of antihistamines.With similar supplements like quercetin, I have to take it every four hours, at a much higher dose. This supplement seems to last longer in my system, and since you only take one cap per day, the bottle lasts longer than it would for something like quercetin. By combining this product and a quercetin supplement, you can get the same benefits of NeuroProtek for WAY cheaper. (If you have MCAS like me, you're probably already spending all your money on supplements and special food, so being able to get the same effects as NeuroProtek for way cheaper is incredibly helpful.)I only gave it three stars for flavor because it has no flavor so I don't know how to answer that. It is not like a fish oil cap where you can taste it afterwards.

Purchased to reduce uric acid levels. Saw results better than taking tart cherry extract, celery seed, or chanca piedra. Will continue using this.

I have been taking Luteolin tablets for about a year now and my memory has improved dramatically. At 71, I was beginning to have more problems remembering names and searching for the right word I wanted to use in a sentence. Luteolin has really helped me. I remember much more easily and seldom have to search for the right word. I have noticed no side effects and I recommend it. An ounce of prevention may be worth a pound of cure.

I was only able to take this for 2 days. Had a bad reaction. Unfortunately unable to return as seller does not accept product back.

I like the fact that I am more focused and think more logically after taking this for 2.5 months. I am able to clearly discern correct choices more confidently. Do try this supplement daily for a month before you decide if it's helping or not.I did experience a slight dizziness for a short time at the beginning after taking this but that has gone away.
